I have to say, I knew there was something right in these frequency and meditations. I've felt so wrong and misaligned, detached from my body for years. Sleeping to these and listening to them in the mornings for a couple weeks and I have started to notice a change where I feel more centered and aware of myself. I will continue utilizing these and the benefit of doing so. Feeling calm and at peace is something beyond me that I hope to acheive one day.

In my time meditating I have found answers to the questions my mind constantly asks and try’s to figure out on an everyday scale and pace.. the biggest truth I realize is what we consider the biggest mysteries of the universe are not so mysterious after all.. they are well known and heard but we need to take the time to find the meaning of these strange forces. When we do this, we can believe and accept what many misunderstand and don’t believe in.. that is only because they haven’t felt it. I no longer question the science or religion behind higher powers. I accept the reality only based off it’s majestic feeling of comfort. I may have discovered true peace of mind. I wish the same for all to stumble upon in their lifetime🙌🏻💯

I felt so much more Zen🔳. I am not a victim of my past. I am allowed to heal. It is safe for me to lose 30 lbs. It is safe for me to move to another state. It is perfectly okay for me to pursue my dreams. My twin flame and I will be in reunion.

What does it mean to have all 3 master numbers? My mind wants to tells me things but I'm still doubtful that I'm worthy enough because I still have so much hate inside of me. It's going to sound crazy but I asked the world to join me in meditation a few summers ago and I prayed that people would see what I see and now more and more people have been waking up. Who am I? This is not who I was just a few years ago but I'm realizing that I've been in a state of amnesia. Until one day, I met someone and the holy Spirit filled him and spoke to me to fill me with the holy spirit and reawaken me. I identify as Christian but this is so much more than religion. It's spiritual, it's a feeling that I long lost forgot. It's something I had as a child that I lost when I got older. Now I have dreams that come true and I see the patterns of life and I get signs throughout the day everyday. When I'm pure, I feel like the universe is screaming loudly at me that I am Jesus. That's where the doubt comes from because how could I be? My first middle and last name = 666, I struggle with impulsive behaviors, I'm gay... But everything God tells me says otherwise. I would like to believe I'm not alone. Being INFJ, indigo, master this, reincarnation that... It all makes sense but is it really all real?... But at the end of it all, I just want happiness for everyone because we all need it and we all deserve it.

yknow ive been seeing people like you: tom douce and i often wonder to myself what if there is a massive worldwide spiritual movement where you all are meditating for humanity and if that is true, good on all of you out there braving the spiritual frontier for humanity ive only just started getting into meditation around 2y ago now and have been neglecting this side of me but im doing the work now, and starting with healing my chakras as well as praying to the christ logos i sincerely hope im on the right path kudos, a dreamer inside a bigger dream

These mandalas saved my life last year...I was under extreme duress and my body reacted in a terrible way...using these videos for an hour or so each day may have calmed my physiological response, and it feels like I'm here today because of that.
