Thanks to United Nations for Declaring year 2023 as International Year of Millets. Now everyone is going gaga over millets again.
Today We’ll look at various types of millets, their popular names. If you are new to millets as beginners how you should include them in your diet. Millets are gluten-free crops with incredible nutrient-rich composition. They are a rich source of fibre, vitamins, and minerals such as magnesium, phosphorous, calcium, zinc, iron, and potassium.

Hello Manju Ji.. Thanks for the informative video. Should we avoid multigrain and stick to only one grain? Like for eg. in Multigrain khichdi different types of daals and rice and smtimes even quinoa is added.. is this combination easy to digest?

Mam tiffin ko fruits lunch ko roti n dinner ko milk le sakthe hai after my weight loss kya mein vapas normal khana kha sakthe hai

Hello ma'am I have pcod, so nowadays I m trying to avoid carbs as much as possible. I replaced white rice with foxtail millet but one of friend told me that foxtail millet have more carbs than rice so stop eating it otherwise you will put on more kg. Plz suggest me maam what to do, or which millet will be good for me.
