I don’t understand how a guy already won gold at Pans, Euros, Brazilian Nationals and Bronze at Worlds the previous year at Brown belt why are they still competing at Brown belt the next year. Seems like sandbagging in my opinion.

Amazing guard, but some advice from a guy who’s about 50 and has trained BJJ on and off since the 90s; your body can’t only handle inversion for so long don’t make a flexible guard your majority technique just a piece of the puzzle.
