It's too bad Raging Long Legs didn't came back on Pikmin 4. At least Groovy Long Legs is a better boss, and it's own music is great.

Raging Long Legs is like one of only 4 bosses originating from Pikmin 2 not to return in 4. Kinda unfortunate they didn’t all come back, but 4 already has a lot of bosses tbf

Groovy is just a better Raging in every way. It even does Raging’s mechanic (the temper tantrum after getting hit) even better, with extra cool mechanics. Hell, it has a better intro! They’re definitely gonna have to revamp Raging if it ever returns so it doesn’t just feel like Groovy again

They get better in each new game! Groovy is definitely the best, but I personally think Shaggy comes very close. Still love all of them

Yes I also think so, I would say Man At Legs also comes near to them, he has a very cool system and if you compare it to the other ones, he is not even a real boss in Pikmin 3

He is always a stressful boss in Pikmin 1 and 2, but he is easier in Pikmin 3 and a bit easier in Pikmin 4. I just say the Machine Gun Biddy Long Legs from Pikmin 2, but thank God the Rock Pikmins can survive the stomps; he always killed a ton of Pikmins in the first games.

Really cool bosses, I like them all. Groovy Long Legs is definitly the best, but Man At Legs and also Shaggy Long Legs are very cool. But isnt the Final Boss of Pikmin 2 also a Long Leg?

15:10 just a tip for anybody playing pikmin 4 that are having trouble with groovy long legs/and or worried about it, use purple pikmin. They deal The most damage to basically ANY arachnorb boss.

shaggy and groovy are my favs. groovy was easy to defeat but i love the music and it's definitely the coolest. shaggy was the most difficult for me and I loved the challenge

@@bluehex13x i also thought of some sort of cave in the cut winter zone of pikmin 4 where it has 8 sublevel at sub 3 you encounter a titan dweevil with a billard ball and the first treasure(you can get it before pikmin are unlocked) with the billard ball it makes it roll making the next attack harder to dodge(also the cave is only entered with white pikmin because it's surounded by poison gas) for the other attack it use it as a piercing attack then at sub 4 if you wait 3 minutes the ragging shaggy long legs appear it moves in the large corridor of the sublevel from 4 to 7 wich means it has safe spot (at sun 5 and 6 base isn't safe tho) white pikmin can climb on it's legs but gets shake off imediatly when at sub 8 you uses rock pikmin to beat it you throw them on its legs to stun him then throw white pikmin at it so they can destroy the little hairy articulations when all are destroyed you find yourself beneth the floor cause it broke it now you can't use oatchi anymore because he cowers in fear you also get to encounter bean pikmin here who resist to gloom then the ragging shaggy long legs uses ancient human tech to make it spit out gloom which traps you in a defined area until you stun him it also jumps around when you beat it it drops 4 castaway(with the one of the titan dweevil it makes 5) a golden coin (that gives 5000 sparklium) and some raw materials but this isn't the final cave of the area this one is guarded by some decorated canon larva but this is another story(i know they aren't in game but music files tells that there was all canon beetle exept for horned larva and adult armored it was also scrapped in pikmin 3 you can find an ennemy file right beetween artic canon larva and armored canon larva named myabi(japnease name for decorated canon larva in pikmin 2) it was supposed to appear in the lost marsh an unused zone in pikmin 3(wii u) alongside with bubble blowhog crystal frog bulbear watery blowhog armored sheargrub and shearwig and yes ik watery blowhog bulbear shearwig aren't unused but they are used in optional area) Edit shearwig are in an optional area in the oak but not watery blowhog but they are just mimics soooooo

It's actually the first time I'm seeing Pikmin 3 and 4 gameplay. It's cool how the shots move through 3D space in Man-At-Legs. It makes me think of splatoon. Do u think they use the same engine? A lot of nintendo games use the same engine, like Breath of the wild and Pokemon scarlet for example.

or the other way around, Raging Long Legs upgraded into Groovy Long Legs, they attack slowly until they Move Fast. Raging attacks slow and then speeds up Groovy however moves with its Boss Music, Blue = Slow, Yellow = Fast, Red = An Even Angrier Raging Long Legs
