I know im way late but did you try looking at the Havana Bar inside? We were on the Mardi Gras last March and we also couldnt look at the outside Havana Bar, but the inside Havana Bar was open to everyone

Wow, that's plenty of options for drinking...😖 Been pondering the Cheers package and contemplating the cost vs use vs the ease of knowing the drinks are paid for in advance. So what are your thoughts of the Cheers package do you feel it was worth it? Thanks for taking the time and enjoyed the time differences of the day and night vibes... I so enjoy the outside bars....

It’s only a Mardi Gras thing, however they have a Smokey ball drink at the latitudes bar that looks basically the same!
