Here are three main mistakes in Dynamic Apnea with Bi Fins which beginner Freedivers do:
1. Freediver is positively buoyant (it will require extra energy to stay underwater)
2. Freediver is looking slightly forward (compromise streamlining)
3. Freediver is bending the knee when kicking upwards (spend more energy)
All of these freediving mistakes can significantly slow down your progress
