So I had this theory.... when I got to chapter 3, I saw Vandham stayed at the same level he was when I finished it in my first playthrough. So I had the idea to get him to lvl 99 by farming the Ancient Sauros in Gormott. No way they can kill a level 99 at lvl 30ish, right? Nope.... I tried so hard to make him live. Q~Q

Thanks, I was actually really shocked to find out there was a lot of confusion around how to get the 6 new blades, obviously excluding mik, but yeah no one directly said how you can get them, so its great to know I can get them early on with all my Pre-NG+ legendary Core Crystals. I was starting to think I'd have to get them latter on, and resonate with their crystals like Roc, or do a side mission, but this method is chill, I can Cloud Save Refresh to cheat the unfair RNG.

Thank you for this video again. Been going through NG + myself. Now that we can "buy" Overdrive Protocols as well as farm them, I'm rethinking the way I've distributed my blades between drivers. Roles? Modifiers? Other criterias? If you had to redistribute them, how would you do it? Keep up the good work!

ive noticed that a lot of the blade sidequests if you havent completed a leg of the quest resets too, say with elecra or agate, if you havent completed the numbers for one of the levels that will reset

Holy fuck this is insane. The main game already had a shit load of stuff to do, NG+ adds more. Then with the expansion pass, adds even MORE! And this is just the main game!! There's a prequel story game with even MORE content with its own new battle system and other mechanics. This just might be the best game on Switch.

I think it's silly that after they said NG+ was "for fun", they took away things like Rex's Master Driver skill or Nia as a Blade until they're unlocked normally. If it's for fun, why take that stuff away?

I have alredy defeated all the superbosses on a NG+ save, but I didn't have the DLC, so I got the DLC, levelled down and released all blades, then started a Bringer of Chaos run in NG+. It is just like I am playing the game for the first time again! Enemies are hard, my party becomes randomly filled with suboptimal blade loadouts, and I just make the best out of it. I find it weird that they completely destroyed chain attacks in BoC, but I appreciate how it changes the gameplay so I have to be more proactive during fights. I think they should have allowed you to create a NG+ save file even if you don't have a completed save file, that way more people could enjoy the NG+ specific content.

I need to stop watching these videos before I spoil the game for myself.... Maybe just one more

I killed all superbosses without a special team or something. By now I allready have a pretty strong team, and with NG+ it seems to only get even stronger. I just hope that the new story dlc will have a challenge where you will need all that advanced stuff.

why would they make you lose things in a new game +? I always used to think new game + was to continue the storyline but make enemies stronger and drop new items or equipment in order to keep up with beating them and go through storyline again for those that want it, forcing you to lose data in game that must of been the dumbest move in video game history. I won't bother with new game + for this game..
