all tisan treasure 20 fresh server location at city A and Z, one punch man world..
collect all 20 fresh server to get achievement don't let potato rot,
some NPC will available with 3 time(day, dusk and night), some of them only 1 time, I will be mark the time in timestamp
0:00 night City A
2:45 night City Z
5:47 morning City A
7:57 morning City Z
8:57 rainy City Z
9:31 dusk City A

prestige from blizzard group at the bar? I suggest to look again the description(what the quest is require), you can abandon the quest and pick it again/change it to more easier.. because not everyone have the same quest in the same day

Not sure, You can report it as a bug at costumer service, Or try teleport to somewhere else and relogin, and try again, make sure you have stable connection.. And also make sure to check the collectibles, in case you already got it by accident

when you enter hero association HQ, there's giant globe in the middle, go to the left or you can open the map when you are in hero association HQ

yes, you can stay in the morning or dusk not sure if night, when its raining go enter somewhere else (supermarket/mangastore/arcade) and go out again, usually the NPC didn't spawn when you are waiting in the city
