No matter how heavy my music taste gets I will always appreciate music like this. This will fly under the radar because it’s not reinventing the wheel but it’s such a solid rock ballad. My ears and soul needed this with how crazy life’s been ❤

@Bradley Williams I feel ya! I'm 57 lost my 35yr old son last year 4/23/21 and it wasn't for so much new music and different bands I'd probably lost it totally. I always stayed with late 70s 80s and 90s music but have expanded it to a lot of newer bands and my range is from heavy metal to good ballads. I love ❤️ this song and will look for more from them. I got to hit 5 big concerts this year and still have 2 more to go! Music is awesome for the Heart soul and mind! God Bless and keep Rockin

I have no words.... i struggle so much.... i always have...and then my best friend who was also my baby brother died by suicide in 2020 at just 26 years old.... we fucking held on to each other; we were connected at our souls, especially through music.... these tears pour violently from my soul as I've been fighting & forcing them away... how is it possible for water + salt from the eyes of the human body to hold SO MUCH fucking pain, anger, guilt and sadness...and longing to escape from this cruel and cold world? ...there are tears of shame, too, in leaving behind those lives I've begged & pleaded with so desperately to "just stay"....and tears of brokenness I've felt for all of my life... but yet there's the tiniest remaining sliver of hope that someone, somewhere could someday maybe love me anyway.... whatever your sliver is: PLEASE HOLD ON.... I know it's getting harder & we didn't ask for this fuckery.... but everything is temporary... and maybe all I'm holding onto is knowing that this life is, indeed, temporary.... if you're still here despite every cell in your being aching to leave:: I am so fucking proud of you and I love you so fucking much. thank you for staying. And thank you for allowing me to pour my heart out here...

Stay positive, life is short and hard no doubt about that. We don’t know what’s on the other side and one cannot appreciate good if never experienced bad although it seems unequal at times or unfair it will pass and usually temporary. It’s not how long you live it’s how you lived is what counts. There is always someone out there for someone who is for you just keep searching and hold your head up hi. Have confidence and take what you want out of life with effort the future eat will follow. My condolences.

Been struggling my entire life an lost a life long friend of mine sept 20th of last year i lost my girlfriend of 12 years at 22 while she was pregnant with my child life is definitely a struggle but music definitely helps

She is releasing a new FULL ALBUM IN 3 DAYS!!! NOVEMBER 17TH Look for her new album called "KENOTIC METANOIA" she has been releasing singles since 2020, started with The Decree, then in 2021 she released State Of Me, still in pandemic, then in almost 2022 by the very end of 2021 she released Awaken Love,... early 2023 she released Breathe With Me ft. Lacey Sturm, and... a couple months ago her latest single is called "Reconcile" they all have great music videos.... check em out :)

I lost my wife Monica on 8/30/22 at 32 years old. She was my best friend my partner my everything. She was a loss I can't replace. This song hits it on the head. One more drink from who ever is buying. She wanted me to be the end of her road and she told me she was proud I was the end of her road before she passed. I held on to her through her last breath. I chased her 3 times as a kid and she shot me down. She finally chased me back and we never looked back. I miss her everyday and this song hits me every time. All I'm doing is trying to hold on. Thanks for this amazing song

Lacey peaked with Flyleaf, and most of the support she gets now is on guest tracks (that she'll likely never perform live). Which is cool, but I wish the stuff she made with her actual band was a bit more enjoyable. Or that she seemed interested in another album. Seeing this, it was like 'Oh, cool. She's still making music. Good for her.'
