They gotta get that last monologue out. Pretty silly with how long they carry on. Still the absolute worst offender was Metal Gear Revengeance where you could basically reduce your enemy into hash and yet, they still manage to monologue despite their longs, vocal cords, brain, and mouth having been bisected in both directions.

1) clones re supposed to be loyal, before this incident, I doubt many if any Jedi thought this would happen 2) The pause likely is shock or her just registering that 'yeah, this guy really want to take cover right next to me' or something similar, which is unusual as, as you may have noticed in the scene, the Jedi are pretty much tanks deflecting lasers while the clones fire from cover behind them. But... that's just my thoughts on the matter, maybe someone else has a better explanation

I'm glad he isn't stupidly OP like in the old clone wars. Dude somehow beats like every master on the high council at once which is ridiculous and makes no sense. Dooku and sidious wouldn't even be able to do that. I like new grevious, he only loses to jedi masters in this show

@Wanderer's Library Readings yeah, cause the time of the old republic was a bloody time where you had to be insanely powerful to survive the constant war bwtween Sith and Jedi Remember, the clone wars happened after a thousand years of relatively peace, you wont see world destroyers sith like Nihilus, unstopable soldiers like Meetra Surik, immortal dark lords like Vitiate, those powers and knowledge were left in the past for millenia, as they lost most of it during the never ending wars and the centuries of peace, where those skills werent that necessary

Though death can be included in kids shows this show did have a lot of deep and dark themes. Disney says rebels is a kids show but it doesn’t say that TCW is. So no, it definitely isn’t a kids show, even Disney says so

i love how out of all the deaths only one belongs to grievous, the so-called jedi killer of the CIS, and it was in the first season no less. they even retconned one of his potential kills he should have claimed (adi galia) and gave it to the shows OC fan character it created (savage oppress).
