I had to rewind and turn on subtitles. I did indeed hear that correct. Caesar last name sounds like the salad (except the d is silent of course). 6:37 what the dog doin? I think the dog survived if it can float like that. One could argue New Vegas under his rule seems the least depressing and most prosperous. The Strip has food and water, employment almost no crime. The area outside the strip is struggling but he did want to change that. I will forever remember leaving a building and being attacked by a gang of old ladies.
