There is the science quest that asks you to kill a botfly part which you are given if you speak to the chatty woman in the science centre in Diamond City,not particularly interesting but its another unmarked quest.

In my game the Vault Tech rep is broken once I recruit him. I have tried him in Sanctuary Abernathy and Oberland and he will not sell any items, just keeps repeating the dialogue about how good the sole survivor looks. Shame, I liked that little quest

Im still pissed that on my survival playthrough I found the scribe VERY early on just a stones throw way from the cambridge police station. I didnt have a big enough settlement, nor the charisma to get the perks for supply lines.

The three settlers under attack of random encounters, the first time you get this encounter seems to be the only time you can recruit them, they can be recruited. You get a second set of settlers during Automatron when hunting down the second Robobrain.

There's a quest where a junkyard dog is in a cage and you can rescue it and he will return to his owner who is a secret vendor. The dog is found near Fairline Hill Estates

There's a quest in Far Harbor on Cranberry Island. You fix and turn on the 3 power generators in different locations on Cranberry Island then you go to Cranberry Island bog and open the door that was locked until you repaired and turned the 3 generators back on. There's a shed key. The shed is located on the coast of Cranberry Island. Inside the shed is a ton of rare settlement building materials.

The only one that is bugged out completely is Tina De Luca with no possible way to get her to leave the vault and head to your settlement on a console. I have all of the others at my sanctuary hills settlement except the dogs i sent them to the slog. You can capture dogs in a cage and have as many as you want at your settlement. I have 4 cats and 4 dogs at sanctuary hills 5 counting dogmeat. Holt Combs is a mod and not an actual settler.

Ran into a situation the other day have no idea if it was a perk, a glitch, an exploit or just a thing I have Doc Anderson as a settler in a 4 star hospital.... But i have encountered her again..... When it pulled up he dialogue after the initial conversation to trade, everything was fine Then i got out of the conversation it was all good, Then i tried again.... and heard I have to trade some items with you, and it let me put gear on her, and equip it, after a while i decided to check on her and the changes stuck.

You also need to include all the radio tower distress calls as side quests. Though they don't offer exp points, they add to the overall story.

For robot drinking buddy: the three tapes are in colonial tap house, behind whitechapel Charlie in the good neighbor pub, and the other one is in the shamrock tap house behind one of the counters. If you want buddy to know these recipes you have to open them yourself first

I think every beacon quest is an unmarked quest. There are a couple of these quest to find, you just have to activate the satellites at the relay towers across the map and you can follow the signal on your Pipboy.

Please, if you recruit Sheffield, give him some dignity and give him decent clothes and weapon before he heads out to your settlement. Never realized you could send Clem to another settlement. I also didn’t know the charge card guy could be recruited. My husband and I find him hilarious because he’s a spot on spot Boston character. I’ve only ever encountered him a few times in all my playthrus (and there have been a lot). I did just encounter him a couple of weeks ago. ETA: Haven’t used intimidation in years. I’ve clocked a ridiculous amount of hours in FO4 and only just heard of the Scribe in Norespawn’s RR build.

You do not need to go to good neighbor to get buddy. Just go to the tap house.

So there's this random encounter spot a little bit behind the Cambridge police station, it's next to a couple buildings with a collapsed billboard. There's also a yellow car between this spot and the police station and you wanna save just before passing that yellow car, because once you pass the car, the random event occurs. The Scribe and Smiling Larry can both be found here (separately of course), but there's so many random encounters like super mutants, raiders and many more so you're probably not gonna see the Scribe walking past that building for a while but it's a guaranteed spawn for both of them, just a matter of when. This is a spot that you can find the Scribe even after finishing the Automatron DLC, no Rust Devil spawns. So if you've been playing for a while and you just can't find this guy, you can give this a try. Find the yellow car, save your game, and keep reloading until you see him.
