hey Love welcome 🫶 to my channel,
today I'm sharing how I made my multipurpose bar soap...
read through the process so you can make yours for personal use or for sell.
Multi-purpose Bar Soap
MATERIALS USED:
*Pko oil 278
*water:278
*Caustic Soda: 93
*Silicate: 31g
*SODA ash:31g
*Sulphate: 31g
*Color: 1g
*Fragrance: 2g
Steps:
* PUT 278g of WATER INSIDE A BOIL then add 93grams of costic soda into it and stir properly, set aside to cool down completely
*in another bowl add your oil, add Soda ach & sulphate inside your oil, and mix properly
when the caustic soda is cool to a room temperature 🌡️turn it into the oil mixtures and stir everything properly,then add 31g of silicate .
* Stir everything properly for a smooth texture.
* add your color and Fragrance to give it a nice smell.
*Turn the mixture into a moulding and leave it to dry and cake (grease up d container with oill so it can come out easily when it completely dry👍👊
if you follow this step by step process then be rest assured you are a pro in soap making because your soap will come out looking good.
NOTE: THIS SOAP IS Advised TO USE 2WEEKS AFTER PRODUCTION.

Very interesting place what does sulphate do in soap production?? Also sodium silicate is the same as salt?? Or can I use salt

Hi Alisha.. Thank you for watching 😊, the works of sulphate is to increases the quantity of the soap, Give it extra foam and also helps dissolve grease or dirt in water and make your soap harder . I only use salt when I make liquid soap because Salt adds thickness to your liquid soap and also used in adjusting pH balance of soap products. Have tried making bar salt soap before but not with the kitchen salt I used sea salt and the bar soap came out so lovely. You can try that too 🫶

@@abigailifeoma alright thanks...Do you think there is no need to use calcium carbonate in soap making?? since sodium sulphate and soda ash will increase and improve the quality of soap making it a bit heavy in weight? I just want to reduce cost to make it affordable for me

If you want to bath with it then you have to add Glycerine and vitamin E for better results 😍 thank you for watching

Sodium silicate is the name... Ask for it anywhere they sell soap chemicals they will understand and give you
