Agreed! Not usually a fan of Sax, but it is so well-used in this song. Dude on the guitar has an incredible voice as well.

@@ethanhoward9327 Second that! I've never heard this bluegrass hymn's high harmony part rendered so beautifully as he does in this duet.

GKV thank you much for including the lyrics!! I love singing this song but it's not in any hymnals I've found. Was gonna search online for the lyrics then found your group performing this song with lyrics clearly typed on bottom if screen. Bless you all. I hope you keep on playing your instruments & voice forever to praise & thank our Creator & Messiah!! Granny Mack sending big grins hugs & love. Thank you again for letting me sing along with you across the miles & times.

When I go don't cry for me In my fathers arms I'll be The wounds this world left on my soul Will all be healed and I'll be whole Sun and moon will be replaced With the light of Jesus' face And I will not be ashamed For my savior knows my name It don't matter where you bury me I'll be home and I'll be free It don't matter where I lay All my tears be washed away Gold and silver blind the eye Temporary riches lie Come and eat from heaven's store Come and drink and thirst no more So weep not for me my friend When my time below does end For my life belongs to him Who will raise the dead again It don't matter where you bury me I'll be home and I'll be free It don't matter where I lay All my tears be washed away

I love this. However, I am amazed that they sing this in English without any accent. As far as I know, English is not spoken in the Netherlands.

When you hear Dutch people speak English they defintively have an accent but it is less apparent when they sing.

Hi! Thanks for your comment! You allready can read the lyrics in the subtitles in the video. But I put them also here below: When I go, don't cry for me In my Father's arms I'll be The wounds this world left on my soul Will all be healed and I'll be whole Sun and moon will be replaced with the light of Jesus' face And I will not be ashamed for my Savior knows my name It don't matter where you bury me I'll be home and I'll be free It don't matter, anywhere I lay All my tears be washed away Gold and silver blind the eye Temporary riches lie Come and eat from Heaven's store Come and drink and thirst no more So weep not for me, my friend, when my time below does end For my life belongs to Him, who will raise the dead again It don't matter where you bury me I'll be home and I'll be free It don't matter, anywhere I lay All my tears be washed away All my tears be washed away

In a quiet, lush and beautiful Utah mountain valley, 120+ women, children, and unarmed men from a wagon train bound for California were slaughtered by Mormon settlers. Afterward, none were buried. The Mountain Meadows Massacre; please research it. The largest mass murder in American history until 9-11-2001. Chillingly, it also occurred on 9-11… 1857. I dedicate this song to their memory, remembered by few.
