Tesla is good at spin but the truth is they don't have an advantage for autonomous driving. The Audi A8 is the first to have level 3 autonomous driving. I don't have a problem with Tesla products I have a problem with the Tesla spin. Ordering a car you might get in a year or so is not being able to buy it today. Tesla has made a few hundred cars not at mass production yet or any time soon. Maybe in the first quarter of 2018 but I'm not holding my breath. I will hear more spin though...

Just like Elon saying that Tesla would have a full level 4 autonomous system by the end of 2017. Well, here we are and nothing! Yes, more spin. All cars going forward will have the ability to update through 4G LTE or Wifi. The early advantage Tesla has had to the market is going to disappear over the next two years when MANY new full electric cars arrive. The Bolt has become the best selling electric car in the US, the new LEAF arrives in a few months, (it is the best selling electric car worldwide) and GM will have two new electric cars within 18-months, plus VW will introduce the ID next year, Audi will have a full electric crossover by next fall and on and on and on. Meanwhile Tesla is laying off or firing over 1000 people, they haven't been able to produce the Model 3 with any scale and they are burning HUGE amounts of money they need to borrow. I'll wait for the spin machine to start up again soon...
