@@kristynorman916 I’ve only heard of kids failing when they had severe behavioral problems. By not taking him to school she’s setting him up to have those if he hasn’t already started exhibiting symptoms. Those are important years for socialization and learning. I feel bad for the kid and the dad ☹️

@@czerniana kids don’t need schools just to socialize them. Socializing is part of human nature. The kids will start socializing when they are ready. The school system is not only unconstitutional, but it is completely unconducive to human human nature so many mental problems have been caused from the school system. it isn’t conducive to human nature to expect kids to follow one specific curriculum or in other words, expect them to meet a certain goal by a certain time and then when the kid keeps failing to meet that goal when the parents talking to them fail, the parents will probably yell at the kid and/or ground them. Homeschooling is the most conducive to human nature as far as education goes. only the parent can truly know the child’s, what teaching methods work for them, etc. All school teaches you how to be a good little robot to the government and society in general. And even if it wasn’t, most of the things being taught government run schools will never be used by kids outside of specific career paths.

Yep, definitely sounds like Dad has been trying to raise these issues for a while. I can't even fathom nor caring about my young child's education. If that little boy stay with Mum, he will end up never wanting or not having to take school seriously...what kind of life will he have without good grades with the way this world is going to be like.

It makes me wonder when you hear some mothers (or fathers, but often it’s mothers) saying they’re a single parent and get no help from dad etc - this father doesn’t have equal custody but clearly he’s the one that’s most concerned about the child’s welfare and seems to be trying his best. We don’t know the full story, we don’t know why he wasn’t at the hospital, it could be for bad reasons but it could also be the mother didn’t tell him or something like that. I hope things get straightened out!

Parents are scared of their kids now, its because the authoritys tell them the parents aren't allowed to dissaplin , sorry, I didn't spell that right, anyway they are not allowed to paddle or anything, heck when I was in school, way back when, they still had corporal punishment, I'm not saying that should come back, but kids do whatever they want now cause they know they can.

It’s an absolute mess what kind of situations our school system is in nowadays. Now we have to worry about some students actually beating their teacher….and some really badly. Then you have parents who get angry at teachers who don’t pay attention to any mental health issues student may have and “fix it”…….thats the parents job.

@@sandrak4119 one morning I was watching her and everything was going as expected. Then as she was calling up her zoom cases, someone appeared and was p*rn bombing the court. It was disgusting. It took a couple of seconds but everything went black. The court came back up again but only until noon when boom, no Judge DiSanto and it has been that way ever since. Yep, KZfaq in its infinite wisdom removed her channel because someone else messed with her. I mean, I guess it could have been avoided with a delay or if she had someone there to filter the calls but hey, it’s a court fer chrissakes, who expects someone to p*rnbomb a judge’s livestream?

Is there a recording of the incident that stopped Disantos streaming? I've heard it mentioned but would like to see it.

@@jessikahicks1058 they left it up for just a little while. I saw it once more when I was trying to get back on line with her once I got kicked off but then it was gone. If you weren’t “lucky” enough to record in that small frame of time….which of course would have been purely out of luck or if you were the ones doing the deed, knowing when it was going to happen, then you dont have it. Therefore I would say there are very few copies.

lol technically, yes. These hearings were obtained.. should I say, privately? basically, they were not released through KZfaq. it took me months to finally get to this point but im finally in a position where I can obtain disanto clips that are not released on KZfaq. To my knowledge, no other channel has access to these which is why I put my watermark on these clips.

thank you so much! I think she has mellowed out a bit since being off KZfaq. just from my observation, I think being on KZfaq and being porn bombed every week was getting to her. I noticed after watching only a few dockets that her demeanor has changed from when she was on KZfaq. I actually saw her laughing and joking around in between cases. When she was on KZfaq and the porn bombing was going on.. she barely ever smiled. I like seeing the judges off KZfaq cause then you get a true interpretation of how they run their courtroom.

I think her mic is up way too loud and/or is too close to her and the court reporter cause the typing is overpowering too. if she could move the mic away from them or even switch it with defendants mic.. that should make the audio alot better. fun fact about judge disanto... her graveling voice is caused by a nodule on her vocal cords. I used to get alot of comments on my videos about her "smokers voice". they would say that she must smoke 2 packs a day but the truth is that shes never smoked and her voice is actually caused by a medical issue. I personally love her voice.. it's very calming to me. but I definitely dont like the horrible audio. lol

no, shes not back on KZfaq and no, these are not old ones. they are from this week. I would love to see her get her channel back but I dont think KZfaq will reinstate it. :( So since KZfaq wont let her on... I decided to take matters into my own hands! 🤗 it was a long fight but its definitely worth it to see new cases from her.

I did for eight months then part time the rest of my degree. My daughter worked and went to college for her BSN, MSN, and doctorate. It can be done but no life otherwise.

It is definitely do-able, consider student teachers and nurses who “work” full time as training and still have classes. Happens all the time.

It does happen. You do what you have to-- people are capable of that level of drive. I worked 3 jobs while pregnant with my first. Went to school full time with an infant and pregnant-- 10 years later. Don't let watching degenerates jade your viewpoint.
