You forgot that Piper can radiate hypnotic beauty that make her enemies in awe of her and not attack her. She did it in TLH. You also forgot that she can induce attraction by making herself smelling good or ravishing that her victim will only focus on her-she did it to Jason when she got jealous when he’s talking about Reyna. Drew also uses this attraction-inducing power when she accompanied Jason to the Big House in TLH when she makes herself smells good and enthrall him with her make-up and beauty.

She's actually a pretty good fighter. And Aphrodite is a natural shapeshifter, wich means that experienced and talented among her children can also do this. Aaaaand Piper probably can manipulate The Mist (Magic and ilusions), since a sister of her is a witch. She's the most powerfull not big three children (Jason, Thalia, Percy, his older brother, Hazel and Nico) in both series. The girl is a beast. She deserves far more love.

To be honest, I feel Piper's powers were by far the least explored throught the series. I wish Rick had shown us more things an Aphrodite offspring can do, especially because of how under appreciated Piper was. I mean, on the books they say Aphrodite's kids had a level of control over make-up, jewelry and beauty things, it could have made Piper work like that(a classical scene where she gets angry and that affects how things look around her). Also maybe some level of control over others emotions besides charmspeak. Make people more calm, or more angry. It could even be explored to the most powerful offsprings of Aphrodite being capable of controling Erotes, in a similar way Meg McFrey does with Karpoi, or Jason with Venti. I feel her powers could a lot more than the ones she was shown doing.

Piper charmspeaking Gaea was the dumbest plot in the whole series. Gaea fits under every limitation for Piper's charmspeak. If she couldn't charmspeak a minor goddess, she shouldn't be able to charmspeak the Earth Mother, who is supposedly more powerful than all the Titans combined.

In the trials of Apollo, piper is forced to move to Oklahoma when her dad is ruined by Nero and the triumvirate holdings company. Rick Riordan did not choose her Cherokee lineage and her new life in Oklahoma at random. If you go back to the 1800s, you will see that Andrew Jackson president at the time forced thousands of Native Americans to leave their home in Georgia and the surrounding area. This was later known as the trail of tears. These Natives were 90% Cherokee ( piper is Cherokee ) and over 4,000 natives died during the dreadful migration. When they were forced to move, they were relocated to OKLAHOMA just like piper was forced to move to Oklahoma by the tyrant Nero, the Cherokee were forced to move to Oklahoma by the president closest to becoming a monarch. I don’t think it is a coincidence.
