The way Juniper and Sycamore's pictures are lined up makes it look like Sycamore's hitting Juniper in the face and that made me laugh for some reason

The Gen 4 one is so nostalgic for me.

Professor Rowan and his theme are probably the only ones that actually feel like a professor.

Gen 4 has a fantastic theme(So nurturing), it's planting the seeds for the awesome adventure you're going to have.

I never realized how beautiful Sycamore's theme is. Sounds like a Miyazaki film tune. It's up there with Rowan and Birch's.

I played all generations, but my favourite generation is and will always be Gen 4. Platinum still remains my favourite Pokemon game.

Personally Gen 1-3 themes reminds me of my childhood and I think Jennifer’s is the best(OPINION)because it’s calming and soothing and refreshing it reminds me of leaves falling off trees in the fall and then growing back in spring *Sniff* makes me want to cry with tears of joy

I feel like people are sleeping on Elm and Kukui's lab themes. Like, I think Rowan's is good and all, but my favourite is either HGSS Elm, RSE Birch, Sycamore and Kukui's.

They all kind of match the personalities like how oak is awkward and geriatric, elm is clumsy and nerdy and disorganized, the third dude is nature-y and easily fascinated, Rowan is serious and brilliant and charismatic, the fifth ones are friendly and vibrant, sycamore is somewhat rustic, and the seventh guy is laid back

People say Gen 4... But I prefer Sycamore's.

Kukui's character and his involvement with your character at every step of your journey makes him the overall best of these characters for me. That said, as a professor alone, Rowan has a style to him that just cannot be topped. I'd argue he represents the role of The Professor better than even Oak. Not sure if it's just my bias making me see what I want to see, but Oak seems like he was designed as "an NPC" in the sense that he fills a role and nothing more. Like the design was requested as "we need a professor". Rowan on the other hand looks like he was designed as a character, a person with a long eventful backstory now holding an ocean of wisdom. Like he was requested as "we need a character who has done this and that, and that will be our professor". I feel like his bgm perfectly encapsulates this.
