Wow, this was an awesome full body kettlebell workout. I didn't feel it at the time, but yeah, baby!! My glutes and hamstrings felt it the next day. Kettlebell swings for the win!!! This is an all standing, beginner workout using kettlebells and we're working the whole bod.
My videos are made to be inclusive for a range of sizes, shapes & weights. That's right, you don't need to be a fatty to join me! They are great for anyone who is senior, asthmatic or COPD, a heart patient, recovering from an injury or surgery, has a disability or bad back/knees etc, or even anyone who just want to do an awesome, fun workout with this lil cutie.

This is exactly what I was looking for, a plus size woman during this exercise is because I am a plus size woman. I get tired of seeing the skinny girls doing videos not understanding our struggles to lose the weight and to do the exercises. Thank you for putting this out!

hey holly so glad i found you don't know all videos as yet but i did the exercise of this vid and Yay .i have R.A doc said stress and environment bought it on cuz no one in my family or immediate fam has it add lungs that are working at a 75% capacity due to all the meds it blew up my body can't breathe right and the fatigue ....am now slowly but surely have begun working out ..thanks for putting out a vid that didn't have jumping or going on the floor lol and worked all of me lol. please do more like this now and then..

Yay Holly!! Thank you so much for sharing this!! I’ve been dragging my feet on starting a weight training/strength routine for nearly four months(I’m a total cardio lover). I know how gooooood lifting/strength can be and I’ve been trying to motivate myself to start. I clicked on KZfaq to look again/browse for kettle workouts as they have interested me and I have some kettles collecting dust for over a decade in a closet. New subscriber here. This is great even for non beginners, just up the weight as appropriate. I love this as the movements are basic are one thing not overly complex compound moves. Like it's not a squat into some kind of bicep curl. Really good 👍

What I really like is how you mentioned not keeping the knees locked. So far none of the other kettlebell workout 'experts' or 'teachers' made a mention of that. Jees. It's like when you grab hold of a kettlebell, you forget the basics of weight lifting!

Phew! Revisited this one after a few months of mixing it up with various trainers/classes. Worked up gradually, now at 10kg and feeling so much stronger... This is a tough class with a heavier weight... loved it. Thank you for sharing. (Hope you are well). xx

I recently purchased a 15-pound kettlebell and went searching on KZfaq for workouts. I just finished yours and really enjoyed it. A few times I had to modify with such a heavy weight, but I definitely plan to do this twice a week for the next three months until I can do it at full capacity for the entire time. Thank you thank you thank you again Holly, This is a nice workout as well 💕. I don’t have a dumbbell and I have lousy arm strength, so too much weight would pull on my neck too much. But I used 2 bottles of sun protection as lifting weights instead 🤣, it worked wonderfully
