This is an all-standing version of my Pilates Slide format. Pilates Slide classes mix Pilates mat work (we'll do this standing) with sliding sequences inspired by my years teaching on the megaformer. These classes are low impact, but pack a big endurance challenge!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR CLASS:
-A dish towel/slider (paper plates work if you're on carpet)
-Light hand weights or wrist weights (I'm using 2lbs)
Pilates Slide classes mix Mat Pilates work with sliding sequences inspired by the megaformer. Class is a continuous flow, but we'll shift muscle group focus as we move from sequence to sequence.
Roadmap of class:
-Warm up
-Standing core/balance
-Sliding back lunge with triceps work
-Sliding warrior lunge with obliques
-Shoulder work to center off and finish
