Thank you for information. In addition to the information you must write a statement of purpose attach it to the required document. That statement of purpose should defines your motive and reasons of you going to poland. You have to state it in detail and pricise If not they will reject you with reason number 10.

Hey!✨ Congo is not in the consular district of South Africa, therefore you’d have to apply at the consulate of Poland in Congo… which means it doesn’t matter whether your Chinese visa is valid or not.

Hey💗 on the embassy website there’s a list of insurance companies that are accepted. Approach one of them and get 1 year travel insurance

Hi, if your school allows that then okay! Just make sure they send you some kind of confirmation that you have no outstanding fees

Hey Melissa, the only thing that needs to be notarised and apostilled is the sponsors letter/affidavit. Other documents such as company registration documents, letter from the bank etc don’t need to be notarised but take originals + copy just to be on the safe side

Please Neo am i new subscriber,I'm from Cameroon. I was admitted in one of the school in Poland last year and i couldn't have appointment at the embassy level in Nigeria, and i will like to book an appointment this June. Is't possible to go on now to book an appointment ???

I think it’s too soon to book an appointment now, but this entirely depends on when you are supposed to start school. Kindly try by all means to reach out to the embassy and get adequate information as I do not know much about applying from Nigeria

There’s no listed “minimum wage” but I’d like to assume that their monthly salary should be equivalent to or more than the costs they will be covering as listed on the affidavit/ sponsors letter.

Hey, go to a public notary so they can prepare the letter for you and then to any court so it can be apostilled

Hi Matilda, did you fill in the registration form first? secure.e-konsulat.gov.pl/placowki/193/wiza-krajowa/wizyty/weryfikacja-obrazkowa Getting an appointment doesn’t have a specific time due to the fact that the applications are drawn by a machine. Every week, you’ll receive an email informing you whether you got picked or not.

Hey, yup might be a problem. If you haven’t gotten an appointment date yet then re-fill the form/start afresh. If you already have an appointment date then I guess you can inform the consul when submitting. But make sure you have each and every document PERFECTLY prepared so that the middle name thing is the only mistake you have to deal with.

Hello, if she is based in South Africa then kindly ask her to approach the High Courts or the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) located in Pretoria- she should ask for an apostille certificate. Your affidavit may be authenticated at high court too.

Hey Takudzwa, as mentioned, the only document that the embassy requires you to notarise is your sponsors letter/affidavit. www.gov.pl/web/southafrica/d-type-national-visa
