What I'm looking forward to most in 2023 is finally getting to learn my dream car, and owning a car worth working on. This is my second car, and my first one was a Prius, and the car I learned on was an SUV. So driving something RWD, and so much faster and lower than the cars I've previously driven has quite a learning curve. So far I've unwillingly lost traction once taking a turn too fast. And having a car that actually allows the user to work on it is amazing. When I had an issue with my first car that basically bricked the car, it turned out it needed a software update. So I'm glad I finally have a car that I can pursue my passion with and be able to learn and grow as a person and as a car enthusiast.

Kevin, glad to see you landed on your feet! Planning on buying your overlays once the weather warms up enough to be able to install them properly in New England. But my real goal for this year is to take a week and drive down in Charleston SC and spend some time with my son who is stationed there for the navy. Hopefully he can get away for the weekend and we will head over and drive the tail of the dragon! Will be great to spend time with him, but have not decided if he will get to drive my new baby or not.

Great Video Kev. I didn't even know that I wanted titanium dressup bolts for my BRZ. Turns out I do! This year I plan to do more dressup on the engine bay with some carbon bits and maybe hood struts. I'm a big fan and always stoked when you drop a new video. Keep it up!

dressup bolts are really nice. thought of getting them for my gfs frs and my wrx, an i was thinking sometime this year in 2023 about buying new wheels for both our cars, were currntly rocking the stock ones for now lol. glad i could still watch your videos you really inspired us to work more on our cars. keep it up !

The black in the engine bay looks sick. For my car, I can't wait to convert it from Atkinson cycle to Otto cycle. Got the camshaft I need, just need to actually do it (gonna get help since I can't find how to loosen the timing chain tensioner)

In August last year, I ordered some 57CRs in 18x9.5 Glass Black. I got 3, Last one was back order... eta moved from March 2023 to August 2023. I've recently decided to order another set from another shop in Las Vegas. So the thing I'm looking forward to most this year is finally getting wheels and tires on my GR86.

Hey Kevin! I love all your content and gr86 videos that I got one myself! First manual car i've ever owned/touched, and I'm one of those people who got one without knowing how to drive one lol. This year i'm looking forward to a new duckbill spoiler, cold air intake, axleback exhaust, lit kits from Lit Logos & Velossa, and so much more. Also the warm weather but Alaska's been warming up a whole lot recently. But yeah, I've finally started the hobby i've looked forward to since i was a kid!

I realize one you installed the black out bolts kit ! You can’t never take it to a dealer/outside mechanic to work on your car ! Because you have to count the screws every time

I hope to get in some autocross or track time in this year. This will be the first time ever doing this. The BRZ is a very special car to me, and have done things I have never done before. These titanium dress up bolts will make it that much more special.

I dig the dress up bolts, I think having a set would encourage me to clean up my engine bay more often. I'm looking to add some bracing and anti-rollbars for my first year with the new car. I'll probably go with Cusco since it matches WRB so well. I've already installed front and rear STBs from Cusco which I had on my first gen.
