Random fact The pain under the right rib is probably a pain on your pancreas, caused by the aerobic exercise and the constant expansion of the area. If you experience this pain, try to breathe with your belly, instead of the ribs/lung area when you run.

Pancreas pain is epigastic (above tummy, near the base of the sternum), under the right rib is the liver most likely due to friction from rubbing of internal organs (i find deep breathing helps)
