This is why I feel nervous about going to barbershops because they dont typically wash clients' hair. They trust clients to wash their own hair properly AND some dont sanitize their barber tools and untensils.

Do what works for you people!!! There is NO one size fits all🙄 i know people that oil and grease often and some that dont and you never guess what? ALL OF THEM have a full head of healthy, thriving hair!!!

Thank you for your research. I switched up all my products after watching your videos over a course of months. I am a 3c-4a low density high perosity girly and I am just able , after 14 years of being natural, able to understand why I have never been able to get my hair to a healthy bsl. Im almost there. Keeping up with trims. And finally found products that work in my hair (Kristen ess).

Thank you !! Ohh I have seen that white waxy stuff when I used Paul Mitchell scrub / shampoo & conditioner it felt like a candle & this I think was the first time I had seen this. When these ladies scalps turn a darker pigment will it ever go back to their regular color ??

I live in the desert in California how do you hold moisture in your hair in such a dry environment 😭😭anyone here have any tips for someone that lives in a dry climate and on top of that harsh water ..
