My ends are the biggest problem of my hair journey. My hair grows fast but my split ends and fairy knots are the reasons why my hair becomes stagnant at times

Same! I do regular protein treatments and I deep condition every wash day. Not sure what’s going on here. When I wasn’t so focused on growing my hair out….NEVER had any problems with SSK. Now that I’m focused on length retention, I get a million of them. Help us sister Cyn!!🙏🏾

I just found your channel...thank you Queen for your knowledge. My edges were gone from weaves, braids, wigs, you name it. Admittedly, i have done the doo gro challenge since December 2022 to get my edges to grow back. So far, so good. But listening to you...whew Chile....you are like a breath of fresh air. I just found your channel and I am so happy I did! I tried dry detangling my hair this morning with oil and it worked like a CHARM! please keep the information coming sis because I am a victim of the natural hair youtube community and I need ASYLUM ASAP! Also, I don"t know if you have a video already on the subject of using minoxidil for balding, but I would love to hear your thoughts about it for regrowing bald spots at the vertex of the head as well as the edges.

Depending on certain factors diet ect 3 to 5 years or less of hair growth to go through the anagen phase ..drink fenugreek seeds water /tea it can help internally to speed up the process... soak overnight ...hope this helps God bless 🙏

11:01 I have anemia which is low iron deficiency, and it means I produce fewer blood cells... I’m currently on treatment which is just pills that contain iron in them but will this affect my blood supply and make it unhealthy?? :((

Ask your doctors what fresh fruits and vegetables you can eat to balance out any deficiency.

Research Moringa. I heard putting organic Moringa powder in Smoothies are helpful for anemia. Check with your doctor about this. You may need to find a specialized Doctor for that becuz most doctors just throw pills at us instead of fixing the real issue. My anemia is due to my cycle and my doctor offered no solution. I'm currently in the process of trying to find a specialized doctor for my specific issue that I suspect my real issue is from my symptoms

I’m on 23 - prescribed Medicatons- since 2017. I’ve Locks- but my hair steadily burns and strands along with locks just falls off. My hair does grows away from the locks. I do My own hair just because My body - even before all these Virus came up. I’m allergic to basic everything- I’ve to wear 2 mask when I only leave my home for Doctors visit. I Need help!!
