Since I saw some Villainous videos of Black Hat talking about other Cartoon Network Villains while criticizing them for their incompetence and failures for losing to many Cartoon Network heroes so much, that I bet it would’ve been funny to imagine Black Hat talk about Dr. Evil from the Austin Powers Trilogy and criticize Dr. Evil for his simple minded nature and incompetence for not always thinking his evils plans of defeating Austin Powers and taking over the world through at all, granted Dr. Evil is not a Cartoon Network villain, but Cartoon Network itself is owned by Warner Bros. So it would be fun to watch him make an animated cameo in villainous and get his serious slam-criticism from Black Hat pointing out Dr. Evil’s condescending idiocy.

I remember coming across this randomly the year it first came out and was immediately on board with a full series. (The Medusa Device one was hilarious.) Watching all the shorts and the pilot (in both English and Spanish) overall I do prefer the Spanish dub. Don't get me wrong I don't mind the English dub but unfortunately (and this is mostly for the pilot) it felt like the delivery of some lines lacked a little extra punch and polish. (For instance Demencia sounds way more unhinged in Spanish compared to English and Penumbra and Sunblast sound very lacking in their line deliveries.) *That said,* revisiting these shorts here, I actually thought everyone delivered their lines much....better? I was confused why I found it better here than in the pilot and I think maybe everyone was a little out of practice, it was mostly the shorts getting dubbed, none of the orientation videos got dubbed. So it's possible that if the show is properly brought over to America (and the rest of the west), with dubs being done more often, everyone will be able to find their footing and make the dub just as great as it is in Spanish.

It's kind of growing on me. It's a little hard to understand sometimes but I like how it changes from a fine British accent to cockney to a little Australian. Alan said BH was using it and his style of dress to hide that he's a monster which makes sense for that purpose, but I like how the guttural tone and constant change betray his true nature.
