'All We Imagine As Light': first trailer for Payal Kapadia’s Cannes competition title

First trailer for Payal Kapadia’s debut feature 'All We Imagine As Light' ahead of its world premiere in Cannes.
It is the first Indian film in Competition since 1994 and one of just four female-directed features in the section.
The Mumbai-set story follows two nurses and roommates who head off on trip to a beach town to find a space where their desires can manifest. The cast includes Kani Kusruti, Divya Prabha, Chhaya Kadam and Hridhu Haroon.

There is no language called Malayali, its Malayalam, people with mother tongue as Malayalam are called Malayalees.. Bonus tip looking at this, you need it, there is also no language called Kanad its Kannada, and people with mother tongue as Kannada are called Kannadigas.. You are Welcome.

So proud of you Payal Kapadia, best of luck for Palme d'Or, .. Nice to see after 30 years the second Indian movie selected for Palme d'Or, Cannes is again a Malayalam/Malayalees life story. Last was Swaham directed by Shaji N. Karun in 1994.

Chetan anand’s ‘neecha nagar’ won the palm d’or in 1946. This movie won the Grand prix, second highest award after palm d’or.

its directed by a gujrati woman, also pretty sure mollywood and tollywood make more "cheap mass masala" movies than bollywood. If i had to say the bengali film industry is actually where we see the most uniqueness and talent (like satyajit ray)(also im not bengali dont go on attacking me)

Where can I get to see this movie? All the international media is talking about it, and it is a huge hit in the Cannes Film Festival! It is strange that the international media is talking about it, but nobody in India seems to know about it!
