Try using Matrixx underlayment from Traxxcorp. We use it for flooring it’s 3/8” 7ply birch. Stuff will almost not swell at all. No voids. Dimensionally stable. Although it is not cheap. And comes in 4’x5’ sheets.

Make a video showing how much more tackle you can store in a tiny boat over most bass boats. Less weight means more tackle!

I think by the time you add all this extra stuff to a 14ft boat and bring your friend to fish, you better leave your tackle at home or you might be over the boats weight limit

Are you using small pieces of aluminum flat bar as the trim for the underside of the hatches? I’ve tried finding that online, to cover the edges of the carpet underneath the hatch, but I’m having no luck.

What did u treat ur plywood with? I was going to use weather treated ply wood and 2x2 for my. Oat but heard it would eat through the aluminum

I put 3/4 inch BX plywood on my deck and floor. Looking at how much weight you saved, it really makes me wonder if that was the best choice.

I would buy a boat and have you build it for me. It will be better than buying a new one from the manufacturer. It would be money well spent in my eyes for you doing the build.

@@TinyBoatNation honestly in canada u can spend 10k+ on a 20hp tiller boat new that is (outdated) compared to what u make and i wouldnt want a new outboard anyways id always buy old
