The design was good, it felt like a more "dead" zombie than treyarchs zombies are. I personally hated how much emphasis on horror they put, it made the gameplay suffer as a result. The story kind of sucked too, but treyarchs was so bad it didn't make sense and could make things up as it went along.

I really enjoyed WW2 zombies, and WW2 overall. From campaign, multiplayer, and zombies, my friends and I were all impressed by it. Yeah sure, its slower paced and different styled than other COD’s, but it is a good different. It feels like youre in 1944 fighting a war. Great game!

Honestly, I enjoyed the WW2 storyline. People kept complaining that the storyline wasn't there but we literally have radios, intel files, and character dialogues that fill in most of the gaps and provide exposition for everything. Hell, imagine watching all of the BO3 cutscenes with no context of the radios, ciphers, or Primis dialogue. My only real complaints were that our characters weren't that fleshed out, except Marie, and the outro cutscenes are a joke (which is a shame because they are damn beautiful).

Sledgehammer did definitely a better job with zombies, than Raven software did; but I feel like this won’t be the last time we see this crew; but they probably won’t go with a part two to this series; if they do, they need to do better with the cutscenes, Easter eggs and the replayability of the maps; does anyone else agree?

Man, I wish David Tennant was in Treyarch Zombies, would have been a lot more better than WW2 zombies, to be honest all the voice actors in WW2, could have been better. But still, I wish that Tennant was in Treyarch zombies. Just imagine his character in a Treyarch storyline, New or old story he would have been good, and every now and then, a Doctor Who reference/ easter egg can be added in! Just saying, would have been fun to see the person who played the 10th Doctor somewhere better than WW2 zombies....

Also, just imagine if the daleks or cybermen came to zombies and work with the shadow man and the Doctor, has to work with the ultimus crew! That is another idea I had but it would be hard to incorporate into the zombies storyline....

Furstain He is amazing but Sledgehammer doesn't take advantage of Tennant's character or the other characters, he was good at lighting up the mood every now and then but they could have done so much more... Just a shame. Which is why I feel that if Treyarch had Tennant and/or the other characters, they could done an amazing job with developing a back story whilst also developing a storyline for them to advance in each installment, especially if storyline is related to the Ether story or the new chaos story... David Tennant followed his role in WW2, but I feel like his character was a little bit restrained and could had a lot more development along with the rest of the characters...

Essentially the God-King (the king of Thule and first wielder of the sword) became corrupted by the sword and Geiskraft so his royal guardsmen - the Raven Lords - realized they had to stop him. The sword would be passed down to other rulers all over the world (as seen with the murals within the Frozen Dawn and the last set of Drostan Files) until Barbarossa got his hands on it and his Raven Lords were smart enough to disassemble it. That's essentially what they mean by "the cycle", a new set of Raven Lords are chosen every generation to protect the world from the next cursed God-King. After the last cutscene you get a radio call rom Rideau revealing that he's been part of "The Raven Order" this whole time and intended for our characters to become the Raven Lords since the beginning.

This game is up there with bo3 as best zombies mode. The gameplay is silky smooth, graphics are amazing, weapons feel powerful and the fact they have their own take on mythic legends is really interesting. Something I never get from treyarch as they go for a more action movie approach with their story. But the way the maps look really give the sense that these are chapters of the same story and I love the dark colours

Primus, Victus, and Raven Lords. They did a great job with this set of zombie games. High rounds, great weapons, great story, awesome Easter egg. I wish they could have tied World at War and world war 2 zombies together a little better. Then again, Raven and Victus would have existed in the same.dension and timeframe.

Philo Martinelli You do realize that the Primus and Victus crew are both from Treyarch right? This crew (The Raven Lords) are from Sledgehammer Games. Hence the SHG in almost every single part of the game. They’re a whole separate department. To be quite honest, I genuinely hope Sledgehammer takes over, due to the fact that Treyarch has been plummeting down the drain since BO4 Came out. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great story line in BO4, but the game is extremely buggy. Anyways, TL;DR Sledgehammer games and Treyarch are different and Sledge is better so don’t fight me. XD

This CoD had the best looking Zombies, they captured how the theme of zombies are supposed to strike fear and disgust into viewers, and these zombies are horrifying and disgusting, I love it

Looks cool, interesting..but played poorly, no connection with the characters like we do with the treyarch zombies, idk i feel like they shouldn’t have even done zombies in this game they should’ve had the survival with MW3 or something new not a shitty zombies mode that has no hype

Well thats becuase Treyarch had 4 games of those characters make them a storiey and ww11 had 4 dlc.

+noname v Treyarch also had 16 DLCs. More than enough time and experience to make a story. Yes, even the first DLC for CoD: WaW is relevant to the story because Tank Dempsey was one of those Marines. They were sent to that place as to extract someone.

Im glad that this trash is done, ww2 zombies was by far the worst zombies ever, they dont have soul, there wasnt any hype for the DLCs, it cant be compared to bo3 DLC season, which there was biggest hype i have ever seen. I hope in BO4 we will see this hype like in BO3 :).

Maybe there was some hype in the begging, where we thought that this ww2 zombies are going to be as good as WaW zombies... But after first map community knew that this is not going to be good, it wasnt even scary, it was so bad..

That is only one positive, but the gameplay is so bad.. it couldnt be compared to treyarch zombies, i know bo3 isnt like bo1 and bo2 zombies, but bo3 is definitely better than ww2 zombies, so stfu.

In ww2 i just complete campaign, play a little bit of multiplayer, and a little bit of shitty zombies(Final Reich). I just played it like 6th times xDD
