The only two human human fruit I know (their may be more) has their specific model mentioned by the author "Hito hito no mi, model: daibutsu (giant buddha) and the "hito hito no mi, model: onyudo (giant monk)". If Oda intended chopper to have a specific model he would have said so. And like I said it is too redundant. Well you can call it anything as you like, the only thing that flipped my switch is you attempted to correct someone with an opinion not with a canonical fact. Anyways I think that Chopper do have a specific model but it is not per se "human" model and it might be revealed by Oda in the future. Why? Because Zoan users can transform to their animals basic form.. Like when Rob lucci transformed as a leopard. But Chopper cannot transform to what his supposed model to be as a full fledged human.
