This is amazing how it really hits the spot for me to understand my anxiety as I am working on a life-long problem with this as my main issue. This is sooo exciting to understand more and feel more control with my emotions. I see they don't have to be alarms blaring all the time. I can progressively find some peace as I learn more. Thank you Doc. I am really enjoying being a member.

I've had a TBI and been in a coma from an accident. It helps me understand how my brain works, it's also helping me control my thoughts better, and helping me understand me traumas which is huge!

I would enjoy seeing an animation of the functions for kids Adrena, TyRoid, and Gonad Ep.2 Saving The Day, Again! I really enjoy neuroscience and have watched videos like this for 15 years; it's hard to find a video that explains what and why in a way someone without relevant academic background can commit to memory the similarities and seperations. I have to be able to find what is similar and what is different and how it relates respectively at each point, of course. You make it clear in single sentences which is what matters. Thank you.

This is an excellent question! I wonder if her field of expertise covers this because it is so crucial. We know that these days, more than ever before, so it does seem pertinent that we would need to cover the most effective things beyond just deficiency. I will be interested in her response. With the overwhelming stress I have had all my life, I have found that DAILY exercise combined with absolute full nutrition is starting, maybe, to take the edge off of unrelenting anxiety. Of course I have to address the underlying emotional issues every single day.

I'm excited to watch this with a hot cup of cocoa. I've been hearing a lot about the vagus nerve lately, I'm extremely curious. I battle depression, anxiety, chronic migraine and maintaining my weight. I'm sure the vagus nerve has something to do with either one of these or all of these.
