It is also important to look at the date on the COA if it is not by batch. For example, some of the COAs from Hempland USA and NuLife CBD are from 2019. Potency and purity can vary from batch to batch.

- CBD is showing promise as an alternative or adjunctive treatment for a variety of ailments ranging from Alzheimer’s and Addiction to Parkinson’s and Schizophrenia.
- CBD does not have the psychogenic effects that THC does, however, THC has been found to be more effective at addressing some issues
- OTC CBD is nonstandardized so dosages, even from the same manufacturer, but in different lots may have different potencies
- CBD interacts with most medications, so it is vital to consult a physician prior to using it.
- Dosages of CBD in the literature varied widely.
- Currently there are a couple CBD based medications for the treatment of seizure disorder
- CBD oils also may have a trace of THC in them-again, in OTC formulations, it may be variable, but supposed to be less than 0.3%

I totally fixed my mother of late stage Dementia back in November 2018 when she had Stage 7 Dementia, could not talk, feed herself or drink fluids. She was close to death before I reversed her dementia with large doses of CBD. Good thing my mother's doctor was up to date on CBD oil or I would have fired him. Got her off all medications and gave her a good quality of life right up until she passes away at 81 of COVID like illness back in late January 2020. She was so clear in her brain right up till she passed. Fixing my mom of dementia with CBD was my biggest and most rewarding accomplishment of my life.

Oooh sorry about your mom. May she rest in peace with the Lord. I'm struggling with my mom right now with this sickness and I have no idea what is cbd.. I m going to search for it online I hope they have it in Africa where she is.

coleen- please provide the exact dosage , how often do you use it daily? What improvement do you noticed? Any side effects? Thank you

@@4davidn i gave her lots of CBD. She had 20/1 CBD THC pill at night and some at lunch. . Some days she had up to 100 mgs. We had CBD Tea, CBD chocolate to snack on as well. No side effects other that they sleep good. You cannot overdose on CBD. Take them off all medication that makes them sleep. Including dementia medication as that does not work.

de-scheduling cannabis in the u.s. would finally allow for legal funding of research to be performed by top scientific professionals nationwide. we have been asking for it for generations now. legalization of cannabis is the game changer our society needs right now. it will open many more doors that have been shut in our faces for far too long. the possible applications are endless. legalize it and flourish! "healing of the nations"

I talked with someone at a dispensary about CBD. She was full of information but not once did she address drug interaction. I’m glad I saw this.

If some adult or kid, after visible improvements in symptoms of their conditions, stop taking CBD oil, do the symptoms start appearing again or does the CBD oil affects for long-term?

Hello, Dr. Thank you so much for the good information. I realized that Effexor does interact with CBD and causes indigestion in the morning. I guess Vyvanse is an amphetamine-based drug, so it should not be used with CBD. What about methylphenidate products?

On the CBD Adverse Effects & Toxicity slide, the part where you say “Antihistamines! Interesting enough!” And then you go straight past that into HIV etc. I’m a non-medical type. WHY IS IT INTERESTING - ??! I have allergies, asthma etc, and antihistamines figure prominently in that. (as an aside, I found elevated doses of D3+K2 cut my allergies dramatically, but always wondered why doctors recommend D after age 50 - I’m way past that - and only gave me a bog standard recommendation with no explanation. This is why most of us go to the Interwebs Medical Center for our med info, not our HCP). So…CBD interacts…negatively?…I’m guessing, with antihistamines, meaning that it makes it worse? And it what way? Interesting is interesting. More detail would be appreciated.

Hi. I Heard there was a study that concluded that CBD can be neuro protective. Do you think it’s possible that if someone uses thc occasionally and they take CBD with it it may help stop possible damage from thc? Thanks
