I don't remember my first ride at Disney World - it was way back in 1971! I do however remember my youngest daughter's first ride during our first family trip. She was not quite 3 years old and we decided to ride Star Tours. She was absolutely terrified. She didn't ride any big attractions until she was about 15 or 16. Now she loves riding everything. She is truly a Disney World addict. She even her first kid Elias Roy.

I agree about missing Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, but the truly unique discontinued ride is 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. It was impractical due to the long load/unload time, and people tended to panic on it, but it felt thrilling and intriguing. The Crystal Palace was originally a bit higher end as a dining experience and felt more special than it does now.

On Splash Mountain, our log got stuck where the water shoots out from the drop. I was DRENCHED by the time we started moving again. Really glad I wore athletic clothing that day.

Fun story about the Haunted Mansion: When I was 12, I was scared when I went on it, but bragging when I got off. "It wasn't that scary." And then someone (a cast member?) Put a skull on my shoulder, and I turned around and freaked out! My parents loved it. I definitely agree there should be a Kronk and Yzma coaster! I always wanted an Aladdin themed land with the Palace and a roller coaster of escaping the Cave of Wonders. Love your dog btw. So cute!

My 83-year-old Grandma went to Disney World with my family (hadn't been since the 1970's) and here are some of the unexpected rides that she really loved in addition to the old favorites: the Carousel of Progress, the Astro-Orbiter (also loved Dumbo and the Triceratops Spin, but Astro-Orbiter was her #1 fave because it was up high), Mickey's Philharmagic, and Winnie the Pooh. She also adored the Festival of the Lion King and Finding Nemo musicals and the nations in World Showcase.

I wish they would make a Lilo and Stitch rollercoaster called Hawaiian Rollercoaster Ride. Ever since Stitchs great escape was taken out Lilo and stitch had no representation aside from meeting stitch

Hi Molly, I'm peruvian, and I've always asked myself why isn't there in Epcot a Peru Pavillion? Because we have amazing food, and Disney is just missing the chance to make an awesome Emperor's New Groove rollercoaster themed after Yzma and Kronk's wrong lever scene. Just a thought.

If I recall correctly, all the countries represented in world showcase actually sponsored the pavilions, so I guess Peru didn't sponsor one so they didn't make a pavilion for them

The first 2 minutes with Kronk made my WHOLE day! 😍 I heard there are some resorts at Disney that permit dogs. Is this true? Have you ever brought your dogs to Disney?

The indoor playground at Dumbo was not the BEST idea they had. My son threw the BIGGEST fit when it was our turn to ride. I should have just handed in the pager and said, he's just going to play..because he came back to hand me his shoes aaaand the pager went off, he threw up in line bc of it!!! ughhh 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Totally agree. We took our grandkids for their first visit. Rode it once with the fast pass. Then we thought we wait in the regular line. I did not know about the playground. We literally turned around because I knew there was no way my grandson would want to leave.

I'm a larger sized lady and rode Tower of Terror at Disneyland back in 2012. When I "flew" out of my seat during the first drop, I yelled to my husband, "I should be too fat too fly!" I will never get on that ride again...lol.

Did you know that disney did a story and song of the haunted mansion. Rob Howard and Robie Lester are the 2 teenagers who enter into the haunted house. So much fun!!

My dog often gets excited when I have another dog on my computer. Sometimes he puts his front legs up on my leg to get a better look. Today, all 37 lbs of him jumped in my lap to try and play with Kronk!

Another great video! I stumbled upon this channel in February trying to plan our honeymoon. Our honeymoon was supposed to be in May and we all know where that went. I’m a little late to this video but per the bag question, I had a small fanny pack at Universal and the only rides I was required to get a locker for were Rip Ride Rockit and Incredible Hulk Coaster. All the rides in Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley I was allowed to ride with it turned to one hip. So fun facts!

@2:21 let me correct you, dear Molly. The previous version of Journey Into YOUR Imagination was utter garbage, and while the current version still is garbage lol, at least it has Figment back. I believe you mean the ORIGINAL Journey Into Imagination, which was absolutely amazing. I don't know why Disney thought it was a good idea to change it, especially into what it is now... but... we can just keep dreaming that eventually, Dream Finder will return to us... Though, I think we could keep the singing Dr. Nigel Moon lol.

There was a long podcast interview with the man who was the Dreamfinder. He claims the CEO hated that f*ing dragon, so Figment didn't get any love. I'm hoping they figure out something for him in the current refurb. He IS the park's mascot, after all.

Kronk is a star. What a good boy. And I would say for anyone with motion sickness problems, unfortunately Flight of Passage really gets me. I hate that it does because it is so amazing. When I start feeling sick, I have this conversation with myself -- don't get nauseous. -- just look how awesome this is. But I still get queasy. :( So I advise Dramamine. It helps some.) and I did Star Tours once. Never again.

Star tours makes me nauseous if I go on it multiple times in a row. Another one that makes me feel a little queasy is rockin rollercoaster but I did that right after doing tower twice in a row so maybe thats why.
