When I was a young girl my mother told me about Dorothy Kilgallen, that she was murdered for what she had uncovered about the JFK assassination and that it was NOT Oswald acting alone. I've done a lot of homework over my 60 years and really appreciate you coming forward to shine light on this incredible "forgotten" woman that not only [most probably] solved the JFK case, but was murdered for it. She is a true American heroine! The epitome of courage and truth. The KEY to the truth and it is our job to uncover the cover-up, now that she is gone because that's what patriots do. We stand UP when others lie down! You, sir, are also a true patriot. I appreciate you so very much and enjoyed your lecture. Thank you! Bless you!

Maybe I should have chose a different word than "belief." My point is that Mr. Shaw seems to have quite a bit of research to formulate his opinion. Everyone is entitled to there own opinion including you or I. But, to simply sum it up with, " she was an alcholic drug abuser who just overdosed," sure seems to be just writing him off and not having an open mind. That is my point. There have been many less than perfect people who have done a great service to our country. One of the problems we see today is that if your line of thinking isn't with the mainstream progressive agenda then you are considered a crackpot or numbskull...or any other number things. It has nothing to do with your expertise, or level of intelligence. Your just a dummy that doesn't know anything.

Interesting note: John Daly was the son-in-law of Judge Warren, the Warren Commission guy, a major player in the cover up! John worked with her every week and his father-in-law was tied into the JFK assassination, the murder of Oswald and the Jack Ruby conspiracy and I have no doubt was involved with Dorothy's murder and her files and notes on the entire subject disappeared into thin air. Her husband might have been involved to, they lived together, but the marriage was actually over, in private, but publically still together as she supported him and he would inhertite from her death. Sinatra couldn't stand her and he was in with the Mafia too. Her book on all this was to be published by Random House publishing, who would know what was in her book, was owned by another person she worked with for years, Bennet Cerf (who had a grudge against her) on Whats My Line was also very good friends with John Daly, son-in-law of Warren Commissioner. So many strange connections simply can't be a coincidence.

Mafia was part of this culture, I had caught immediately the Daly to Warren connection. Welcome to the jungle. Cut throat was literal. What doesn’t get discussed much is key players. The most telling quote from the JFK assassination was from his wife, Jackie, explaining to Ladybird Johnson as to why she didn't want to change her bloodstained clothes from where her husband bled on her as she held him until they arrived at the hospital... "I want them to see what they have done to Jack."
@adamredfield
@adamredfield 2 жыл бұрын
“They” and “them” have been used to indicate both singular and plural people, if the number is unknown, since before the Norman conquest and that was almost 1000 years ago. So, Mrs Kennedy’s use of “they” or “them” doesn’t mean anything. At the time she said that, she hadn’t been given any information on who had done the murder. Of course, as time went on and her husband buried, she also said this, “Jack didn’t even have the satisfaction of being killed for civil rights. It had to be a silly, little communist.”

I have strong memories and impressions of Dorothy Kilgallen. When I was a young man, What's my Line was my favorite television program, and I was always in awe of Dorothy Kilgallen. Dorothy was so elegant, regal, and sophisticated, and her beautify was something that I had never seen in a female. When she walked, or spoke, or smiled, she took my breath away. She was such a smart lady, and she was always asked such probing questions, and usually provided the correct answer. I was a young man, and not at all experienced in male/female relationships, but something deep inside me screamed that Dorothy was special and unique. I know of no other female in the whole world that could match her! Thank you so much for this discussion on Dorothy Kilgallen.

In January 1961, her chauffeur drove her from DC, where she was attending JFK’s inaugural events, to Manhattan where she was admitted to LeRoy. A DC newspaper, not The Washington Post, reported that Dorothy Kilgallen was ill, but revealed nothing more than that. Did your cousin explain why Dorothy was hospitalized - if LeRoy was in fact where your cousin worked? Is your cousin still a part of your life?

We all know there was a plot but the Mafia was not the main actor in it ,The CIA and military intelligence were .... they did use organize crime for some low level dirty work ... however Oswald was trained by the CIA under cover of the ONI (Office of Naval Intelligence) for Soviet assignments and had a security clearance up to "confidential" while at US military base in Japan of Atsugi to intercept and Translate Russian communication , Oswald had a 8 grade education so how and where did he learn Russian language ? The mafia could not manipulate the JFK autopsy, or remove the brain from the National archives , change the coffin... put palm prints at the morgue..the FBI and CIA could ......Oswald was set up as the "assassin" based on his intelligence work in Russia making lhim look as a "communist" however his return to the US through France was paid by the State Department very strange if he was such an anti American Communist ... Ruth Payne the land lady who got Oswald job at the school book depository was a CIA informant and so was her husband Oswald was not completely innocent but was just a tool for the assassination planned by the CIA ,Jack Ruby (Real name Jacob Rubinstein) was set up as well being involved with weapon trafficking with Cuba for Organize crime in the past and CIA contractors had financial problems and easy to manipulate..Oswald was silenced by Jack Ruby who was forced to do so... Mark Shaw did a great research work but concentrates on Dorothy Kilgalen ...She diid not have all the elements and was into the mafia side of the story ...The more info the better ...but remember the military intelligence and many CIA files are kept secret until 2030....

Thank you for filling in alot of missing facts. With so many diligent researchers working together, Americans are going to get the true picture. There is another element to this conspiracy. A Mr. Fisher, from an Army Reserve unit in Bernardsville, NJ, received an overseas phone call giving their approval of the assassination plans. This phone call from Europe (UK), adds another motive, ......which was to destroy Kennedy's plans for an independent dollar, no longer controlled by the Federal Reserve and foreign central bankers. Solving President Kennedy's murder, will give Americans the facts they need to free themselves from their oppressors, and truly be an independent, self determining country. It is extremely important to solve this case.

I do believe that Dorothy believed that Ruby and Oswald were low level members in a conspiracy. I think her real mistake is that she thought all she was dealing with was a mob conspiracy. If she did realize that higher level individuals were involved she still wasn't careful enough. Maybe she couldn't figure out what to do to protect herself. The only way she would have been able to was to go into hiding, send her son to her husband maybe, make multiple copies of her files and such. But she trusted the wrong boyfriend and he set her up. Somebody slipped barbiturates into her drink, either the last drink at the bar or one at the moment she got home. Did her boyfriend drug her? And then leave her unconscious for the actual hitmen to find her? Ron Pataky? Maybe so, but he can't have been alone.

The Dorothy Kilgallen story certainly adds more grief to the tragedy of the assassination of JFK. On one level we mourn the death of a fine American woman whose murder remains unsolved. On another level, the whole encompassing aspect of the presidential assassination represents the growth of decay in modern western civilization where power and greed inhibits the pursuit of true justice and liberty for all. I was a teenager in the 1960’s . Events during that decade taught me about the true nature of American politics and the world in general. I was never sucked into the hippy, drug culture. That was as phoney as everything else. You have to think Marilyn Monroe dead in 1962. JFK 1963, Dorothy Kilgallen 1965. RFK 1968. Even Jayne Mansfield killed in a horrific accident. One after another dropping dead plus other assassinations all within 6 years in that decade. That has to tell you something is wrong. It’s as bad as the Mafia or anything they blame the Russians for. How hypocritical to cite skulduggery in Russian politics when Americans are just as bad. They have no claim to any higher moral ground. I learned this at a very impressionable age and it has never changed only been confirmed as if I needed any more proof. Hollywood, American politics as dirty as anything you can imagine. The Founding Fathers were no saints either but they tried to transcend their flaws towards an ideal. Ever since subsequent generations have done everything to subvert, distort and destroy it and in my opinion they succeeded decades ago. JFK was assassinated in plain sight of everyone and the whole investigation hopelessly muddled or suppressed until everyone alive then who might remember was gone. We will never know except that America died that day in Dallas in 1963.

Thank you for going after the truth and the REAL facts behind these murders. You are the only person who has gone after the truth of what Dorothy Killgallen knew, and ultimately caused her death. I’ve studied this situation for years, and got my hands on everything that I could find to read. I knew in my stomach that everyone was chasing all the wrong rabbits, until I read your book, “ The Reporter Who Knew Too Much “. I applauded your dedication and years of hard work providing the facts so that Americans can read the truth and make up their own minds. I read this before “ Denial Of Justice “, and I’m sure I’m going to be re reading “ The Reporter Who Knew Too Much “. I’m going to be suggesting these two books at my February Book Club. I’m 67, and grew up during this era, and Ms. Killgallen’s death always bothered me, because she adored her children, especially her little boy. As a mother, I couldn’t understand why there were no true facts or shown proof that she was suicidal or had reason to harm herself, and cause her children to suffer her death! I’m going to see if I can find the movie based on your book, as I’m totally convinced that you are speaking for Ms. Killgallen from her grave. There are plenty of us who have believed that her death was in fact a murder, and reading your book gave me goosebumps from confirmation that she in fact was murdered. I would be interested to know what her family has thought of your books? I’m loading up my kindle with more of your works. Thank you Mark for going after the truth; we need more honorable authorities who aren’t afraid to go after the truth or being bought to keep silent. Unsurpassed writing in every way! 10+

I am 68, and was an elementary school student very near to Dallas when JFK was assassinated. I saw it happen live on TV and knew in my heart that we were being lied to. I somehow knew that all these other deaths were highly suspicious, MM, Oswald, Ruby, Kilgallen. These events, among others, drove me to become a Journalism/Mass Comm major, then on to work in TV and radio. I have the highest respect for Mr Shaw and for Ms Kilgallen. We seem to have a great shortage these days of honest, intelligent people who refuse to take "NO" for an answer. The deaths of JFK, etc, opened my eyes to the reality of genuine, sub-surface, highly organized, planet-wide, evil. If you've never seen them, you might look for the YT videos of the 60's television show, WHAT'S MY LINE" in which Kilgallen was a regular. Even as a child, I rarely missed it; still highly recommended. THANK YOU, MR SHAW.

Re: the museum: Appreciate how you have more than done your due diligence in asking it to do the same. Maybe the only way they will self-correct is if their bottom line is impacted. Contacting the governmental agency that grants non-profit status might be the way to go… and… you could also ask that agency about opening a museum yourself that has a more correct mission statement and purpose regarding JFK’s assassination-and Dorothy’s role in solving the case. I was interested in your lecture and am a great fan of What`s My Line. In my readings of the assassination and of Jack Ruby, I recollect that Jack Ruby parked his car in the Allright Parking lot from the police garage with his beloved dog (Dachshund Sheba), in the car. He left his dog in the car....and I found that strange as he apparently cared greatly for his dog. Perhaps if he knew he would be detained by the police..they would find his car and look after his dog....rather than it be left at home hungry and uncared for....Food for thought!

The one most telling part of the JFK Murder was that Oswald, who the movie theater manager had no idea who the guy was, had not paid the ten cent admission fee and entered the theater. The movie theater manager calls the police for a non paying customer, which again the theater manager thought the person not paying was a normal non paying customer. In a matter of a few minutes, The Dallas Police, The Secret Service, and The FBI converge on the theater. Who reacts to a non paying ten cent customer that way? Oswald was a Patsy.

I read the entire Ruby testimony before the Warren Commission, where he basically argues he had never met Oswald before, and did it on the spur of the moment, for which his attorney argued a temporary insanity defense, which originally failed. What more is there in that testimony that made any difference? He claimed total responsibility for what he did and implicated no one. Oh, and he really wanted a polygraph, to prove he was telling the truth, which would not be in his favor if he were covering up some larger conspiracy of which he had been a part. Her husband Richard Kollmar was interviews about Kilgallen’s death by local radio stations, newspaper and local TV, in speaking of his grief he mentions nothing about the FBI. Kollmar lived until 1971 he never mentioned any suspicions about his wife’s death, he never mentioned the FBI. He was asked about Kilgallen’s interview with Ruby. He said there was none other than the eight-minute conversation she had with ruby in open court in front of other reporters. Once asked about Kilgallen’s being murder because of some involvement with the JFK assassination, he laughed and made some remark about “people being stupid.” Finally, Kilgallen’s and Kollmar’s files, letters, etc. were donated to the New York Public Library, Archives & Manuscript Department where they remain today. There is no break in the continuity of Kilgallen’s files. There is no indication of any disruption at all to her papers. There is nothing missing. I’m pretty sure if you join the library you can check for yourself. I checked out Mark Shaw as a legal analyst for CNN and found nothing. Also, after the prohibition ended, the information I got was that Bronfman got into the drug industry. Bobby was going after his new product. Three reasons to kill both Kennedys: 1. Two Rosenbergs, two Kennedys. 2. Potential difficulties with their drug trade due to Bobby's work 3. With Joe Kennedy's sons in power, it became a turf war

I visited Dealey Plaza in the summer of 2010. It was eerie. As a young child I became enthralled with the JFK assassination. What makes me so angry is that even I, as a 6 year old, heard that it was all a set up. That Ruby was tied to organized crime. Mark, I really enjoyed your video and I hope to read your books. Thanks for enlightening me about Dorothy Kilgallen, who I knew little bout.

It was all a setup. People with the government, the FBI, the CIA (including George H.W. Bush, who can't even imply Oswald on camera w/o chuckling to himself) and the Mafia were in on it. But it's the people who own the Federal Reserve who were ultimately behind Jack Allen Lawrence delivering the headshot to JFK from a storm drain. Shadows and blurring in the doctored Zapruder film look suspicious. If you see the unedited Orville-Nix recording of the assassination, it will become obvious that the limo almost coming to a complete stop was purposely edited out of the Zapruder film. I have three videos that I recommend (all available on KZfaq.) JFK TO 9/11: Everything is a Rich Man's Trick, All Wars Are Banker's Wars and The Money Masters: Rise of the Bankers.

What coincidences,that one after another of these individuals should all die after JFK assassination, especially, Lee Harvey Oswell's murder, by that disgraceful night club owner, Jack Rudy.Then, such sloppy investigations into all the deaths afterwards. That Warren Commission was seen by most in this nation as the national cover up. It's from all these deaths after President John Kennedy's murder that people began to really distrust authority, - (All The Way Around.)

There are reasons why certain horrific crimes in the world never go away. It's because the answers that were given to solve the crime don't add up and people are still waiting for truth to come out. You can feel true justice just as well as you can feel deception

Yes, what you say is so true. People feel the truth. I was 12, on the day of JFK's death. I KNEW this wasn't the work of one man. You could just feel it in the air.

If people can feel true justice and deception, why are so many people religious? Every religion has been falsified yet there are people who are devoted to these concepts. Just read an intro to epistemology book and you'll realize how little we actually know. True justice doesn't exist, and people love to be lied to, especially comforting lies.

@ Albert Bruin, you really believe that about OKC? My guess is you’ve contributed greatly toward the profits of the aluminum industry. Did you see those dead babies being carried out of that rubble? Even those your foil hat is made to protect you from have kids. If that was intended to destroy records, it could’ve been done at 3:00 am and accomplished the same thing.

Excellent series of books on the JFK assignation, murders of Marylyn Monroe and Dorothy KIlgallen. Well written superbly researched, and his ability to bring these individuals alive thru his writing is extremely worthwhile reading. I've read The Reporter Who knew to Much, Denial of Justice, and currently reading Collateral Damage, after that The Poison Patriarch is on my read list. Thank you Mr. Shaw for your labors into this important historical matter concerning our nation and the most atrocious crime, assassination of the sitting President of the United States, and the hiding of and removal of the facts, and those who (as in Dorothy's case) were also removed thereafter. I was three years young when President Kennedy was murdered in cold blood. As a little one, when my family was traveling to my birthplace in Boone County West Virginia, we stopped at a roadside general store. Inside I saw a embossed portrait of JFK that was on a cut piece of log (with bark) as its frame. I asked, can I have that? My step father bought it, and it hung in my bedroom as I grew up, and then entered military service. Why did I ask for it? I can only say that he looked to be a kind person, and I, as a child in the early 60's, was always before the television. At 5 years (1965) of age I was watching Walter Cronkite, seeing all this events in our nation brought forth in brilliant black & white, and all things I saw imprinted in my mind who we were as a people, and our influence in the world. The death count of as I recall on CBS News, listed American Dead, SVA Dead, Viet Cong Dead. I learned to hate the Vietnam War, yet I (at 17 years of age) joined the U.S Army as a 13 Bravo Artillery Crewman and served 3 years honorably during the Cold War along the West German Czech (Soviet) border. I say all this to share I had at a young age been affected by what I both seen and heard. What Walter Cronkite and Dorothy Kilgallen did as journalists, helped our nation understand the deep things of our Republic. Having the truth and reporting it mattered to them, howbeit the things Dorothy pursued would lead to her untimely death by the hands of the worst in our modern times as a nation. I wanted to say in closing that I hope your compiled documents, videos, etc. will find a home in its own dedicated museum for the nation and extended nations to have access in what the, "rest of the story" (Paul Harvey) truly is. Again thank you, and the Lord God bless your continued efforts in this and other ventures you choose to investigate.

You are too enamored with Walter Kronkite. He was just as bad as some of the so called journalists on the Communist News Network or MSNBC. He was part of the mockingbird media or the controlled opposition. Today it is called the Trusted News Initiative. Don't be fooled like most people are. Look up Operation Mockingbird.
