Cleaned fish cuts - 500 gms

Vatta fish (വറ്റ)
Grated coconut -1 cup
Turmeric powder -1/2 teaspoon
Kashmiri chilly powder - 2 tablespoon
Water-1/4 cup
Coconut oil - 2 tablespoon
Crushed ginger - 1 tablespoon
Crushed garlic - 1 teaspoon
Half sliced shallots -15 nos
Green chilly- 3 nos
Curry leaves - few
Water- 1+1/2 cup
Salt-1+1/2 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon
Raw mango cuts-1medium size
Sliced kudam puli-1 no:
For tempering
Coconut oil-1 tablespoon
Mustard- 1 teaspoon
Fenugreek(uluva)1/2teaspoon
Sliced shallots - 2 no
Dry chilly cuts-2 no
Curry leaves - few
