young man you are the most entertaining source of television out there hands down, as well as being a great "creative" cook as cooking is meant to be...this takes me back to my teenage years when Justin Wison was the reigning Cajun cook...I'm now 75 yrs old and here to tell you lad you are the new Cajun Cooking King...I have watched many of your vids several times bc they offer fresh ideas and a personal touch...from Texas

The first time I had Rouxgaroux, it put me out of commission for 30 minutes. I had no idea it would be so hot, and drowned my tacos in it. I had already tried gator drool, which I loved, so I thought I’d be good! Burnt up!

Do you soak your alligator in buttermilk? I ordered some online and it smelled like the swamp, which I expected kind of. 😂 It was pretty rowdy so I called them. They said to soak it in buttermilk. Is it old gator or is the buttermilk necessary with all gator meat?
@potbellytroll327210 ай бұрын
I know your addressing him, but any wild meat (gator, elk, moose, buffalo, venison, rattlesnake, etc.) Soak it in buttermilk over night and whenever you take it out the fridge, the game smell or swamp smell should be gone for you to season and cook up.
