In todays video - I tear down my Allis Chalmers 916 mower - and remove the transmission and Hydrostatic PTO.
The last time I was mowing - the rear axle stopped spinning - but you could see the transmission continue to spin on the axle. This lead me to tear down the mower and discover that the keyways/axle had snapped. I found a local guy selling whole transaxles - and bought a new transmission for the mower. I install the new transmission and put everything back together.
