As an introvert who tried to fit into an extroverted world its a BIG MISTAKE. You HAVE TO BE YOURSELF.

@kerplunk9434 -- Yes, it's the introvert trying to fit in that sometimes brings on anxiety and depression. It's obvious that Twitch was also a sensitive guy. Sensitive people also have a hard time in an extroverted world.

I’m an introvert and I once got thrown into a position at work that was extroverted and very draining on me. I was miserable. So I get it. People don’t understand how much we need that recharge time and not everyone can be an extrovert. May he RIP.

And the hardest part is people trying hard to make you feel like you need to be different. The best thing you can do for yourself is to find YOUR tribe. People who love you for you and ignore all the other voices.

Yes. You are so right. I’ve been seeking advice on what I should do with my job. I work in a factory around a lot of mean people. I’ve been depressed, drained, and not myself since I’ve been working there. I have to pay my bills and can’t quit, but It is truly taking a toll on me. I need advice on what to do. I can’t handle it, because I’m an introvert with a bit of social anxiety and I pretend to be an extrovert and I’m far from it. 😢

I don't think so and that's a huge assumption to make and unlikely so. I would say if he had depression for almost a decade, he probably knew the difference and it is obvious eventually as depression escalates. Know from experience.. He had very bad depression enough to do what he did in the end. It's very sad. But it is good to be aware what the difference is and how they can coincide with each other multiplying an effect on how you feel at times.

I feel this on such a profound level. My employer has been putting me in the spotlight a WHOLE LOT lately. They think I’m gifted at what I do, which is great, I appreciate the compliment, but I think they thought I was shy when I told them I’m not much of a talker. I’m not bashful at all… I just genuinely hate speaking for extended periods. I’ve never been so mentally exhausted in my life until recently 😓

You never know what people are going through. One never knows what one another is up to with their life because they never asked. If you know someone as a friend, you need to know their life and understand what they’re suffering from. When I meet some people in general, I’m gonna ask what they’ve been doing with their lives and understand their pain because I’ve went through pain before.

He got tired of wearing the mask. Probably tired of being married too. I looked at him and I always wondered did he EVER get mad about anything? He didn’t look like the type that would even raise his voice at someone. Super respectful even to his detriment sometimes. I think it’s shocking that he decided to do this AFTER Ellen ended her show. Ellen at least on TV seemed like this super happy super fun show where everyone had a good time. No heavy topics being discussed. If he did that while her show was still running, they would have had to do a “special episode” about him. I guess he didn’t want to burden her with that. People around him have said that he didn’t have a reason to worry about money with Ellen quitting her show. If that’s the case then perhaps he should have rested for the rest of the year. I don’t know all of his talents but with being known as a dancer, he had to move on to the next thing rather quickly. I feel bad that he left his two kids behind and Allison had to give her children the “daddy’s in heaven” speech. Twitch got tired of ALL of it and ended up doing what quite frankly a lot of people want to do but don’t have the guts. They’re just going to sit and suffer until life kills them.

He was depressed, and that was the root cause not being introverted. I know from vast experience, hearing from others while she hasn't, assuming things. You can tell when someone knows it well by how they describe that stuff vs someone not making sense.

What??! Unless there’s a special case of introversion that idk about this is incorrect: Im a classic introvert. Yes, it’s draining to be an extrovert but only when in large/unfamiliar in-person groups. From my understanding he was online mostly, correct? If so, this does not count. Also, after we ‘reboot’ it’s like starting all over again. We don’t carry the weight from the last encounter. Also, if we don’t properly recover; it is near impossible for us to reengage. We will literally not do it until we are prepared. Our body will override the decision. I think no one should speak over another person especially if they don’t understand it from a personal perspective.
