Wood trimming makes such a difference on walls, doors and on drawers, etc. there is no end to the possibilities, it upscales everything.

I respect your calm and patience, I swear this is the most neat process and outcome so far since I started warching room makeover video. The room look so satisfied, white color make room a lot brighter and feel wider and the color of the wall warm the room up. Your sense is so good.

Hard always pays off. Also, you can be proud of yourself because you did it yourself. The bedroom likes very calm, relaxing and pretty. Enjoy, you did it.

I love the outcome! Normally I don’t love all white rooms but the black framing on the mirror and the black curtain rods keeps it super modern!

My bedroom has evolved over the years. We bought a new bed frame a few years ago and I’ve decided to swap it with my mums spare bed frame. We’ve gone with neutral floral vintage style and have the room light bright and airy. We are swapping our room with my daughter who’s room is white and has views onto our new deck and garden. She will move into our bright pink south facing room that’s darker cooler and quieter. I’ve picked a white dresser and dressing table from ikea. Can’t wait to start the project.

It's lovely and such clean lines. I would suggest a small pop of color by adding one of the colors from your artwork on a throw at the end of your bed - if you have a cream or white throw, just sew in colorful yarn the length of your throw - just a small bit of color would enhance what you have created. Cheers.

I just did a couple pieces in my bedroom like u did..from the 70's walnut to "chiffon cream" chalk paint. The only thing I did different was prime b4 painting. And used a satin poly finish. Totally agree on the sanding between coats. Looks great!

I absolutely love what you did by painting the dressers and nightstands White it would have been a really nice touch if you got some hardware for your drawer with a black mat finish like you have on your mirror , your lamps , and picture frames. I just think it would make your dressers and nightstands pop ,but overall absolutely beautiful with or without the drawer pulls!!!

Allison, I stumbled upon your channel a few weeks ago and am loving your content. I enjoyed seeing you paint in such a small space because that is how I work. It is too much effort to move anything I am doing into a bigger space so I usually squish in the small space to get it done. We just moved into a tiny house. This inspired me to maybe chalk paint my bedroom furniture since the finish is chipping off-it is wood, I am not sure if it is veneer chipping or what. I know it will need sanding but that is ok. How long did you leave it to dry between coats? And thank you and your husband for your service to our country.

I have been struggling to find the right video to paint and redo my bedroom. this is so inspiring to me since I was so scared to paint my dresser and nightstand because its a dark Oakwood and its very heavy my bedroom is on the second floor. I wasn't sure what paint I should use or nothing I just was not going to do it. but now I am so excited thank you so much for the inspiration.
