I can’t tell you enough how gratifying this video was to watch. He just DOES it. It’s just a routine procedure that he has absolutely perfected down to the micron of tolerance. Truly a pleasure to watch a master craftsmen at work. I hope he has the ability to pass his knowledge and skills down to someone that appreciates the art of taking ordinary wood and turning it into a masterpiece. Absolutely awesome!!

처음 당구큐대가만들어지는걸보앗네요 공정이 수십가지에 깍고다듬고모든과정이 수작업으로이뤄지니 놀랍네요

Обычная палка. Сложной точно не назавешь. Сложные, это из разных пород дерева, сборные. В моем кие 2 или 3 породы. Но и эта работа достойна уважения.

Ну, какая же это сложность? Видел, как в начале 2000х один возрастной мужчина (не хочу называть его стариком, хотя для меня тогда он был стариком) делал (чередуя черную и белую, твердую и мягкую древесину) наборный кий из трехсот деталей!!! Вот это была сложность.

К меня есть знакомый Александр Пчелкин. Он делает очень хорошии кии, и только всё вручную а не на токарном станке. Я как столяр с 30 летним стажем могу сказать что кий надо переклеивать, иначе его поведёт.

Обалдеть какой сложный бильярдный кий без запилов вообще.... Показали бы реально сложные кии, типа шахмат или короны из палисандра или макассара, а из обычного куска деревяшки любой нормальный столяр что угодно выточит....

Forget the cue stick, it's amazing he's still working with 10 fingers! When I got to 00.28 I was astounded to see that he still had all of his fingers with few if any scars. Maybe he's living proof that if you push your finger through the saw fast enough, it won't cut you!

I once worked at a company that had a machine shop as part of the manufacturing process. The guy running it was missing fingers from both hands. He kept his fingers along with others in a gallon transparent glass jar filled with either alcohol or formaldehyde along with the fingers. It was prominently displayed in the shop as a reminder to all of the dangers of complacency when running the equipment. It worked as they didn't have any accidents during the seven years that I was there.

He’s perfected the entire process. He Checked the size for the camera only, he already eye balled it and caressed it and knew. That’s sweet multi stage lathe only quickened the process. Definitely an artist

This is a simple pool cue. Samsara and Keith or Joss or Black make the most elaborate cues today. Bushka still makes some nice cues.

Leaning over a running lathe with somewhat loose clothes always bugs me out . I'm a Plummer but have worked in several machine shops seen some nasty stuff . A lot of the accidents were to some of the most experienced Machinist , but no doubt this guy is very good at one of probably many crafts

В России такие кии будут совершенно не конкурентны, слишком простое исполнение, нет многосоставности. Из за отсутствия "запилов", не будет гашения вибрации при ударе. Более ценные кии делают из граба( шафт) и смеси эбена, тика, красного дерева и т.д. (на турняке.) Всё это клеится, обрабатывается, полируется. А тут....просто красит из ...баллончика..))😂😂

Есть канал украинского блогера, называется " Столярная кухня", он делал кий вручную, клеёный, из разных пород дерева. Техника изготовления совсем другая. Советую посмотреть. Ваш кий тоже очень красивый. Лайк.
