skill wise Sohye is still the most terrible. oh yeah, she always has a lot of part even from PD101. a lot of screentime for example. but in IOI and Unit? of course not.. she barely sing 1 or 2 line every song.. never participate in dance break part, and very seldom to stand in the center.. and also, very little solo gig (if any).

+Liongky Nugraha right now, she's not terrible at all.. She used to be, but not anymore.. Among them, yes she's the most lacking, but to say she's still terrible is too much.. We all know if that person is terrible in dancing and singing, how would she be. Sohye is far better than 'terrible'. She can remember the dance routines, formations, get the moves right on time, that's not terrible at all.. Even her voice is better than mine. Lol.

+pinkynas but sohye's performance is not even close to other members in the group. I am not saying she is not working hard, but didn't other candidates work hard in PD101? It would be better for her to expose to more training before debut. A girls group is talking about team spirit and dance as-a-whole group, I didn't see any in her tbh.

Lorne L firstly, PD101 final selection was based on fans votes.. So we can't say anything about how can Sohye be picked. She has many fans, who are devoted to her until now. They chose her to be the final 11. All 101 contestants are talented, but they didn't win because their fan based is small, or their fans were not doing their job. If we want to comment about the editing of the show, it's Mnet's job and again, they have the power on what to show to audience. I would say it's her luck and fate to be part of IOI. And I can see she tried very hard to blend well with the rest as a team.. From 0 about dancing, until she can memorize all the routines and steps and formations, even singing, variety shows, cf, and many more, it's not that easy. We all know it's not easy at all. She's not the best in IOI of course, she's lacking a lot, but she's definitely improving. When I see their performance as a whole group, I couldn't find an awkward girl.. She's doing quite good lately.. I'm pretty sure we all will choose what Sohye chose. She entered PD101 because of her company (how can she say no when the contract is about her future career), that's why she just go with the flow. Probably even we can't handle this situation if it was to be happened to us.. I'm not her fan, but I find it very pitiful when everyone blames her when the other girls didn't win, she didn't deserve the hatred, she didn't live to please the haters, even she said she didn't want this, but what can she do right.. :) *I'm not saying you're a hater though :D

please.. nobody should say "Sohye being tricked by her company into joining PD101", go and watch LAN cable friends ep 5. she's been interviewed about 3 months before the show even started. and she said that her target is finished in top 3. she even prepared a sexy dance for audition tape. nobody tricked her into anything, she is fully prepared and know what she's getting into, regardless of her skill level. yes, nobody should blame Sohye for getting picked into IOI. because she do whatever it takes to secure her place.. everybody works hard.. even harder than her, since other trainees train hard for years. but truth is, Sohye do whatever it takes to get her place.. she cried in front of camera everytime trying to get pity vote, then after that she sells a hard-working-to-improve individual story, and so on.. her willingness to do whatever it takes.. including crying for pity, and taking all the hatred thrown at her, combined with her luck. sure she deserves her place. no one should argue about that. as for her improvement? meh.. it's been almost a full year since PD101. means a year since she starts getting proper training.. yet her skill gap is still considerably huge with the other.. I'd say her talent is average at best.
