She got in because "netizens" were manipulated by producers' storylines of giving her 80% of show airtime for the first 3 episodes of Produce 101. Go re-watch those episodes and get a timer of how many girls got X minutes of facetime. Sohye was the most shown girl on those first 3 episodes. They made her a major "underdog" storyline plot. A lot of fans just say its not her fault the producers gave her the underdog storyline. that is true. I think if you take any of the bottom 50 girls of Produce 101, give them 30 minutes per episode of facetime for the first 3 episodes any girl would build a huge following. Still does not change the face that she is a terrible dancer and singer and not competitive with the other girls. There were girls who were better singers and dancers than her. She drags down the team with her weak skills. When i watch her dance its just like a normal person dancing. Its actually terrible to watch with her there.

additionally, maybe you've never been on a team before, but it is moral crushing to have one member on the team who skill level is way way below everyone elses and who got on there due to popularity or was related to the coach or something. you really just want that person off the team or want them to quit. same thing at a work place in real life. havent you met someone who got the job because of how they look or family relation but they actually suck at it? so i feel bad for the girls for them to have some weak ass team member making them look bad.

The Yeonjung hate is ridiculous, definitely. I've also seen hate comments on Pinky for pushing away Chungha's hand when she tried to cheer her up during Random Play dance. But whenever it's Somi, everyone pretends nothing happened for some reason.
