You only have to worry about eyelash serum if it contains prostaglandin analogue isopropyl cloprostenate. I simply use regular castor oil on my lashes. It’s the main ingredient in the lash products.

When I was a kid my mom had bag balm for her feet. I was like what is it ??? And she explained how it was designed for cows and I said “is it for your …. Um..: udders???” OMG kids are awful. FYI petrolatum/petroleum jelly is a petroleum byproduct but that doesn’t mean it is necessarily bad. I just think some people avoid it for that reason but ….. ask Jess??

I’ve used both Grande Lash and Babe Lash serums for more than a year. I have bright blue eyes and still do. I’ve had no issues.

Me too, Kathrin. I have green eyes with a deep blue ring, so I have not used lash-enhancing serums. I did apply an eyebrow enhancing serum and the skin on my eyelids started to get darker. It took about nine months to correct after I stopped using the product. I must have sensitive skin.

I've used the lash serum and I have hazel eyes. Had no problem. Made my lashes look fuller.

I have used lash serums for a couple years, and I'm using the Grande Lash right now (from my FFF box). I have blue eyes, and I've never had a problem. They do really work! My lashes are much longer and thicker than before I was using them.

I do go through the alert site, and by the time I got on there too, choose my color the fair was gone already. So I have medium and surprisingly enough it doesn’t look as dark on as it looks in that pallet.

I know the bronzer looks really dark, but it blends out a good bit lighter. They were out of light shade when I went on site to customize so I got medium too. I think you would be surprised if you or your daughter does try it!

I used the grande lash for one year. It made my eyelashes amazing! However, I noticed more “floaters” and I also had changes behind my eyes at my optometrist’s visit (the actual eyeball) and was told I had fat loss inside of there, which is a place you do not want to lose fat 😅. The only thing I could attribute it to was the grande lash serum. I’ve switched to The Ordinary serum and it does not work as well (for me, anyway) but it does not have the synthetic prostaglandins that Grande has. Btw I am going to be 57 and have hazel eyes (used to be brown when I was younger ).

This was a great box! I got the lighter color and I can’t see it unless I really pile it on. You may try the darker color.

I struggle with bronzer at times too! It’s a touch easier in the summer although my completion doesn’t change much!

I used to have long lashes but they were blonde so couldn't see them. So I damaged mine wearing falsies... (BARELY sprouting past the water line) and decided to try the growth serum. It works beautifully!! Just following instructions carefully.

When I went to rejoin Allure, the Medium shade was the lightest they had for personalizing. The choices were Medium, Tan, and Deep. So it was a no go for me and I didn't sign up again.

I thought that Fruida stuff was so adorable too 😍 I have never used Grande lash serum but have been using Babe Lash for 3 years. I have blue eyes and haven't experienced any darkening of my eye color. I am OBSESSED with the Missy perfume oil from Rosie Jane! It smells exactly like the perfume version of Bath & Body Works At The Beach 🏖 I will absolutely be enjoying that this summer 💙 thanks for another great unboxing! Allure is one of my top subscriptions!

Hi Kathrin, I'm using the Grande Lash MD serum right now, and I've noticed my eyelids darkening, but that's what Alleyoop cream eyeshadow is for ..😂 I already have brown eyes so I don't know about eye color changes!

I use the Grande Lash Serum and have definitely been happy with the outcome. My lashes are noticeably longer and look even better paired with my Thrive tubing mascara. I have brown eyes so I can’t speak to discoloration but I am definitely a fan of the product.

I also have green eyes and I’ve been using Grande Lash. I haven’t noticed any change to the color of my eyes but I haven’t noticed great lash growth either but I’m only a month in.

Your nails are knockout! According to my dermatologist, petrolatum is acceptable as a humectant. So is lanolin, but lanolin can be iffy for people allergic to lanolin/wool. LOVE the Keratase gloss and perfume! Now I want to try both! This was a great box.

I use the lash serum with no problems, but I have brown eyes. I’m gonna give that perfume a sniff, but you shouldn’t rub your wrists together after applying perfume as it makes the scent breakdown and wear off more quickly 😊

I just started using Grande Lash on my brows as well since I got it from Allure. I’m afraid to use it on my lashes for the same reason as you. Blue/green eyes & I don’t want brown eyes. Dang that would just mess up my entire eyeshadow collection as it’s all around making light eyes pop 😅

I’d love to hear more about what you think about the Missy perfume. I read on Sephora that it has reviews comparing it to the Vacation scent (FFF box). I love citrus and don’t like floral at all. Some of the reviews mention it’s mostly beachy and fruity like you did and some of them say it is far too sweet and floral Now that you’ve had it for a little while, what do you really think?

Oh wow, well, when my box comes I’ll let you know if it reminds me of the Vacation! It’s not floral at all to me…on my body it is mostly citrus with just the hint of coconut sweetness.

OMGOODNESS!!! You’re killin’ me!😂 The only subscription box I’ve ever done is FFF and I’ve been getting it for a decade and now get 3 FFF boxes at my house. Watching you unbox your Allure box has me wanting to subscribe.🤦‍♀️ I don’t use lash growth products because I’m fairly completed, blonde, blue eyes and terrified from the horror stories I’ve heard. I have tried the Grande Lash this will burn your eyes I ordered multiple of these thru Fab Fit Fun and there is not 90 days worth of product maybe a couple of weeks almost all of my supposed full size days these were all practically empty I emailed the company they never responded for what they charge per tube and they were all virtually empty I would never do business with Grande Lash it’s a terrible product!!!
