Amazing video ... Jizaaka'Allaahu Khayran to this great channel and absolutely much needed discussion... May Allaah Make all our endeavors easy Insha'Allaah... Its hard living in the West... I totally agree with Ustadh 100% ... and he's speaking facts coming with daleel if you're able and are not able to practice your religion the way it is ordained for you to practice it then Hijrah is without a doubt OBLIGATORY... Let's not beat around the bush and sugar coat anything here ... If your able to leave (which most people are) Then Insha'Allaah make Hijrah ... May Allaah forgive us for our shortcomings🤲🏼 AAMIIN

May Allah make it easy for us all. I am in the same position, I am planning my transition to the motherland Somalia this year 2023, mid-late end of this year inshaAllah. Its difficult and will be an arduous process but like the Prophet SAW said when he was living Makkah to make Hijrah to Madinah “O Makkah, I love you but I have to leave you”, I too have to follow this same footsteps, as I have benefited a great deal from the West, but my heart needs to go to a Muslim land and what better than my homeland, Somalia. There is a reason Hijrah wipes away all previous sins and is always made equivalent as Jihad, as it is a struggle. Let’s start looking at Hijrah as an opportunity, a golden one. One that not everyone is chosen for amongst the Muslims, as some/most probably will never make the journey, a journey that has so much reward. So even making is such a major step. We should constantly renew our intentions and remember why we are going through this journey and to trust the process (for Allah SWT sake and to save your Eeman) and you can do it! I pray that Hijrah becomes possible for us all and for us to aide and fully embed ourselves to our motherand, Ameen.

@@shahee6579 Realistically speaking the best country for someone is the one that they have heritage to (citizenship will be a lot easier to obtain and they can be integrated easier). Some Muslim heritage countries are looking for people with various skills. However, for a revert it depends on their personal needs. I know of some African American brothers who successfully made hijrah to Egypt, Sudan, and other African Muslim countries like Senegal (to name a few). Some American brothers and sisters have even received citizenship in gulf countries, but that's quite rare.

Much needed topic of debate, asking many of the Ulama about this in the west always seem to brush it off or ignore it when it is actually a proactive long term solution for the ummah. We can go deeper and speak about our financial aid of the kufaar throughout our entire lives via taxes and how can we answer for that in front of our Lord when we can remove ourselves. Also Hijrah is not physically as difficult as it sounds and undoubtedly life is easier because ones life is not full of the stress of the dune. جزاكم الله خيرا

Subhanallah, the pure pleasure of having a mosque or a prayer room maximum 5 minutes away from you in any direction, at all times, at all places, is incredible. When I was in university in the UK, just finding a prayer place was so difficult. The halls of residence room that I stayed in didn’t even have space for a prayer mat in the direction of the qiblah. The safety and security and freedom to practice in a Muslim country is not something I appreciated until I started practicing. And I used to wish leaving this country. جزاكم الله خيرا This is an amazing effort ma sha Allah. I had to revisit this podcast in order to refresh my memory. When I engage in conversation about hijrah with certain people - some of them being imams of masajid who are apparently upon the Sunnah - their only argument for staying in the West and bringing their children up here is: “The level of corruption is the same in our country, brother.” But I found my answer to this shubhah here: {أفنجعل المسلمين كالمجرمين ما لكم كيف تحكمون}

Summary of this podcast In this debate, the Sheikh bases his arguments on knowledge, providing evidence from the Quran, Sunnah, authentic Hadiths, and supporting his points with statistics, tangible evidence, and fatwas from renowned scholars. On the other hand, our dear brother's arguments are driven by desires and emotions, relying on unrelated proofs, emotions, and probabilities. Make Hijra, because it’s what prevents your Deen and your generation to come. Don’t mislead a whole generation because of a short income your are having at the time. You can protect your religion at this time, because your parents stayed and raised you in an Islamic environment. But you can’t be able to do that for your children, because they are raised by non believers in schools and the people they are associating themselves with. Surely, if you risk your children’s Jannah, you will questioned about it.

Salaamu alaikum It's true Somalis and Pakistanis have origin countries they can return too. But what about AmericanlUK reverts? Many western families would like to have a list of countries to consider when thinking about hijrah. What tangible options are available? Hijrah has been discussed often but without mentioning lands. Perhaps, it's time to be more specific and name some. Morocco, KSA, Egypt, Indonesia, etc... Maybe a Hotseat with guests who have lived in various muslim lands and the pros and cons of it and things the families should be aware of before setting out.

He is absolutely right about not being able to practise Islam to the extent it is supposed to to even protect your individual rights Islamically. I went through a divorce three years ago from my ex-husband who after I married him, had deceived me and indicated he did not want to have children and it was on this grounds and his other behaviours that I asked for talaq. The mashayekh in my community said to me, unfortunately he wont give you your talaq and we can't give it to you either because in this country we dont have the power to force him to pay you the remainder of your mahr and compensate you for him deceiving you. They told me that I'd have to apply for khulu' and forfeit the remainder of my mahr and not be compensated for all that he put me through. I live in a western country. Three years later, the pain of the injustice still eats away at me, now 39 years old, still unmarried and not knowing if I'll ever have the chance to become a mother.

People want to make Hijra possibly from the UK, USA and France, great. Have we forgotten so soon how people emigrated and joined ISISI? Which muslim country welcomes people genuinely and consider them as one and equal, the way the people of Medina received the early muhajiroon? Which muslim country is stable? Is it Saudi where the voices of critiques are silenced, so where are people encouraged to emigrate to? Where exactly is that Muslim state that is like Medina at the time of Prophet Muhammad?

Assalamu alaikum I am a revert and I am convinced of what has been said here regarding Hijrah and I sincerely want to make it (ideally to Saudi or the Gulf) however i am still studying and soon to graduate in a little over a year from uni, and want to establish finances to eventually make hijrah. However i fear this is not even possible given the fact that citizenship let a lone residency in all the muslim arabic speaking countries that i am aware of is not available hence I wouldnt be able to establish sustainable roots anywhere and would have to continue hopping from country to country, which I personally dont mind, but i fear the tarbiyyah of any children Allah grants me would be severely hindered as a result of this. Anyone have any suggestions? Inshallah i would love to hear of any ideas

I will say that it is better for you to be hopping from country to country as you said. My advise will be that you do Hijra and Allah will make things easier for you. Moreover, you never know what will happen in the next 10 to 20 yers. It is very likely that those countries you mentioned will start giving out permanent residency and citizenship eventually. Another advise will be that you should think of going to other Muslim countries like Turkey(they do offer citizenship and residency I think) and Malaysia is also another alternative. The aim of Hijra is not just the Arabic itself but the islamic environment. North Africa is also another option if you really want an Arab country. Countries like Morocco,Algeria, Egypt to name a few

However there's one point I'd like to make. If my Muslim country of origin is heavily upon Bidah and nearly bans Salafiyyah, whilst in the western country I hypothetically live in I can attend Salafi circles of knowledge, what do I have to do? Because in my mother's city in my origin country I've been family-pressured and forced to shave my beard, like they wanted even to shave it while I was asleep...what can I do in this situation? I mean, I know there are plenty of cases who have problems but I think that mine has many, many inconveniences that would make my life nearly impossible because 1-my relatives won't host me since there's a huge feud with my main family with regards to inheritance, especially with my paternal side, to such an extent that they poisoned my brother and we've managed to heal him somehow, and hence my paternal uncles want us DEAD. As for my maternal side, nearly all of my uncles are mentally ill or have some sort of patology, one got married at his 50ies whilst another one just collects garbage on the streets with his bare hands, without even being a worker. 2-I own no property or house whatsoever 3-I have no job skills 4-probably it's forbidden to grow a beard there as per above (I have to check however, I'm not sure) 5-poverty and hunger there are just unparalleled, especially I heard of cases in which nurses inject poison to any patient who cannot pay, just for riddance purposes. 6-one could get killed just for being envied, out of nowhere. As for the Gulf, it is rich yes, but I honestly find it unfair that Muslims outsiders are treated like trash and have very few rights, and with all frankness, western countries give citizenships while KSA and the UAE won't give full rights even if one's passed his entire life there, hence the difficulties, but beside this point, I'd like to be a cleaner in Masjid al Haram, but they hire only Indians, Pakistanis and Bengalis, because they know they can pay them low wages or not pay them at all, even in job announces in the Gulf they specify being from the subcontinent as a requirement, in order to exploit (and please don't mention me exceptions of rich ones who live there well, generally it's like this).

@J A Salamo3alaykom, thank you for your comment. For the first part of your comment, I may disagree, because for France and Belgium, only 5 years are needed, likewise UK, US and Canada. We all know that a land of Islām is better than a land of disbelief, however if we have to admit something, is that on a general sample-based analysis, many foreigners who get in the west, after some times passed in one of the countries I have mentioned, they get a passport and full rights, as for the Gulf, it is not the case, and from this side, the GCC's approach is very anti-Islamic, nevertheless it is the best solution available Islamically, because other Muslim countries are either war-torn or poor and delinquency floods there. Many Muslims such as myself aim at KSA because there's no delinquency and it is the land with the 2 best spots on earth, namely Makkah and Madinah. You can't compare Saudi Arabia with Turkey or Morocco, seriously. The first is absolutely calm and stable, the second one is just a disaster, there's no difference between it and Syria except war and political unorder, if I can die in Syria for an airstrike, I can die in Morocco by poison or knives and pebbles thrown from windows. Anyways I'm mentally planning to make Hijrah in Makkah, I have no longer interest in having a car or a house here in Italy, or a "successful" life by gossip standard, my only aim now is a reasonably feasible hijrah, that's it.
