Very easy to buy a butchers knife and with some skill and precision and with a grinder make your very own knife like they use. It's pretty simple actually

Just a suggestion...next time with your corn just soak your corn in the water husks on, for a hour. Then put your corn in the fire, do not shuck your corn that way it will steam in the husk.

Buffalo is truly delicious. If you can't get any at your local market, there are web sites where you can buy some. It's worth the trouble and expense.

lisa Madinger buffalo is just lean beef. a similarly priced steak will smash it out of the water for taste.

I miss a lot of the normal sounds and tactile stuff in this video. I like hearing the sounds of the chopping (like the chili and the lemon in the beginning would've been on the board) and the old metal spice grinder for the pepper. I like little things like dumping the salt from your palm and having a few grains stuck there. The food looks delicious as always, I just prefer the ASMR side of your videos. The bowls/mise en place took some of that away.
