it means organic food. No gmo, no chemicals. Usually it is made within homerange, in small farms. Homemade - it is prepared in the house, you can't buy it in store, or market. It is best quality food . For you it is a shit :)

Funny enough they didnt used clarified butter wich traditional hollandaise use, they put the whole butter, and wine comes before clarified butter... but still this receipe is very nice
