These are works of art. Edible art. I’ve just started substituting lard for oil. Amazing. I did fried chicken and no coating is necessary. Much tastier too. Have you guys ever tried frying in lard? I highly recommend it. Stay well

Another awesome recipe! in times where people think that the meat has to be red and that is the proper way to cook it, I really enjoy seeing that you cook the meat to perfection! I was raised in a meat country where everybody is a master of cooking meat. The weekend always calls for a good barbecue, and meat is ready when it reaches the point that you have reached! Never ever I will eat a meat that is red...to me that is raw! Thank you for all the effort and work you put into your videos! amazing and unique!

I love your videos. Saying that i have seen changes in the way you present your delicacies over time. Used to be that I would see you add ingredients with their descriptions in a fun and friendly format that just added to the pleasure of watching a video that had a family aspect to it. now it seems you are just getting more business and corporate oriented !

You have a nice flowing water, make a Water-Wheel Rotisserie. It will come handy for roasting meat.

That bundle of rice noodles looked interesting. I’ve never made that before. Otherwise, this looked really good! Basil and tomatoes is always super delicious together! Tasty 😋 Wish I could taste that juicy steak, wow!

It amazes me how few insects are there. If I were to cook like this in Pennsylvania I would have hundreds of gnats and mosquitoes swarming me. You are in paradise!

Hey guys, can you do some video with a chuck roast? I am thinking up a recipe on the grill where I first sear it, then slow cook it like a brisket. Haven't tried it yet, but would love to you guys take shot at it. Chuck roast is difficult because it has some tough sinew but also some really nice flavored meat. It is pretty difficult to get right.
