The dish we are sharing with you today is a colorful one. While the grass is green and vibrant, the violets are not in bloom. Instead, we have green peas that perfectly match the lush color of the forest. The star of the dish is the turkey thighs, which have been expertly spiced with ginger and salt. Once they are fried to perfection, they are served alongside a delectable fish sauce and a garnish of pea puree. This dish is both nourishing and easy to prepare, making it the perfect choice for a satisfying meal.

I have just discovered you not long ago and am always so grateful for your postings. For me they are almost spiritual in nature. You take eating out in nature to a whole different level. Hello and salutations from the beaches of South Carolina... I absolutely adore my Almazan Knife...thank you for the craftsmanship; and now,for those out there thinking of obtaining one of these beautiful knifes please do so...but beware...they only sell them through this site...there are many fake and copies...the only way u know u r getting a Almazan knife is when They email u from their site... so if u need anymore push to buy this knife...well...here’s the push... Thank you guys for the gr8 videos...I’ve learned so much and now I never feel guilty when I eat a little cheese....keep up the hr8 work...oh, I saw a video the other day took place in Ur country, I’d love to visit ur country...bless u all for the gr8 work.

Brown Eyed Girl, it's always nice to read your comments...very colourful sometimes...Almazan is quite a skilled chef I would say, although I do not always approve their style e.g. when they cook any Italian food. Anyways, Stay Almazan!

That is one of the many things that makes them so unique and sets them apart from the rest. What a boring world it would be if everyone cooked each dish exactly the same as everyone else. Svaka cast, obicno jedem sam ali si uvijek pustim vas, i bolje se najedem :) i nakon ovoga videa cu probat grasak na taj nacin jer ga ne volim a inace jedem apsolutno sve, osim graska. Samo nastavite i dobar nam tek svima skupa :D

Zoran Begović I ja sam mislila da su Amerikanci sve dok šuma nije počela da me podseća na šumu mog dede, i česma u kući na našu staru česmu, i ograda od prošća na našu ogradu....onda sam rekla: pa ovo je k'o u Srbiji.....i ostala u čudu kad sam shvatila da to jeste u Srbiji, a da su oni naši ljudi....
