I grew up around gang members; my brother was a gang member. I really liked what was said about how rapping went from talking about thug shit for fun to having to actually be that life style. The rap game has changed for the worst. There were always rappers who were involved in gang stuff, but a lot of people actually used rap to try and get away from that shit. People like Biggie, Snoop. Dog, Eazy E, 50 cent were looked as symbols of hope for people living in the hood. People were looking at these guys thinking “Damn they got out of the hood maybe I can too.”

Adam shows how much he respects each guest by how high he is. Being high to start the interview means he gives no fucks, if he smokes during he gives no fucks, if he smokes later on he gives some fucks and if he waits til late in the interview he cares.
