Almond Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients (for 6 large cookies):
almond flour - 1 1/2 cup
baking powder - 1/2 tsp
salt - 1/4 tsp
butter (unsalted) - 3 tbsp
maple syrup - 1/4 cup
almond extract - 1/2 tsp
egg - 1
chocolate chips - 1/2 cup
Steps:
1. Combine maple syrup, almond extract, salt, baking powder, egg, and butter (softened). Mix it.
2. Add the mixture to almond flour. Mix it.
3. Add chocolate chips and mix gently.
4. Prepare a baking tray by covering it with parchment paper (baking sheet).
5. Divide dough into 6 portions and form cookies.
6. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Bake for 14-16 minutes. Final 5 minutes keep a close eye to prevent overbaking.
7. Let the cookies cool for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
